I booked small onion parcel in KPN parcel service Palladam on 13.10.2023 to Ranipet. But not yet received even today 21.10.2023. No response received from Palladam branch and also in Ranipet. I highly regret to inform that no one response in Salem branch also.

    Dear Sir,

    My father Booked a Parcel from Chennai Avadi ( CHE[protected]on 11th Sep 2023 a box in which Spoons, Plates, Kettle, Induction stove and some provision items, Yesterday 12th Sep it reached Pondy, when i went for collecting they charged Rs 20 and gave receipt hand written ( supporting Attached ) and no one helped also to keep in my vehicle. After reaching home when i opened the box and found the Induction stove in totally broken condition ( though my father had mentioned, Glass handle with care, Which you can see in the photo attached) so immediately called Pondy KPN office ([protected]) ( one person Ayyanar spoke and told he can’t do anything and told me to speak to Booking office KPN Avadi, Chennai ( [protected])..I called Avadi office one Ajith picked the phone and told he can’t do anything and told me to speak to the manager Velu ( [protected]), When called he didn't pick the phone, But i messaged and shared all photos to him on What Sapp, But he didn't even call me back. Today 13th Sep i called him, he didn't even bother to pick the call or even called back..

      WHO WILL PAY FOR THIS INDUCTION STOVE, AND WHY THEY CHARGED RS 20/- WHEN IT WAS A PAID PARCEL.
      THE WORST BEHAVIOURS OF THE KPN STAFFS OF BOTH THE BRANCHES, I AM WORRIED AND SUGGEST NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS PARCEL SERVICE.
      I AM GOING TO FILE CONSUMER FORM FOR THE DAMAGES AND TENSION THESE PEOPLE CAUSED ME.

        Very carless handling, we couried our new washing machine from chennai to pollachi. While we received the product it was complete broken and damaged and parts of washing machine is also missing. Along with 13 products we couried shoe stand i haven’t even received the product itself . Very worst service from KPN parcel service . i will recommend kpn for anyone. I want a solution for all the damages made by KPN parcel services. Attaching all the proofs of damages and missing items. i already shared these pictures with Medavakkam prance and pollachi branch they are not attending our calls and no reply from them.

          Hi Good Morning,
          I have booked the ticket on[protected] night 08.30pm chennai to coimbatore. My boarding pass # BH[protected].
          But due to unavoidable reasons I will not be able to travel on that day.
          So please cancel my ticket immediately. Refund the amount.

          i'm tried to cancel in www.kpntravels.in portal, but it shows invalid boarding pass number.

              Yeah exactly. Very worst and irresponsible people out there sitting at higher positions not respecting humans.

              The same happened in our case too. I sent my two wheeler parcel a week ago and till now no response. Because of them, I've spent 5000 rs. for travelling alone in a cab in this one week period. Who will bear this cost.

              Will KPN bear this for us?
              Don't make poor people suffer..
              Kindly can anyone suggest that how to take this forward..

                The worst transportation I've ever experienced. Poor and irresponsible act. They never care of their passengers. They never follow the timings at all. We sent our two wheeler parcel and they informed that it will reach the destination within a day but they have taken nearly one week time and when questioned they weren't feel guilty and readily told us u can complain anywhere and we aren't worried of. It really disappointed us and never expected.

                  I have booked [LR-TLM[protected]] on 3rd June 2023 below 6 household items at KPN speed parcel service at Tirumangalam, Madurai DT to deliver at K R Puram, Bangalore.

                  1. steel cot, 2. steel cot stand 3. bed 4. gas stove 5. 1 box kitchen items 6. computer table

                  The package reached KR puram branch, Bangalore 5th June and got a message like the package is ready to be delivered. I went to the KR puram office and I noticed my computer table was broken into 3 parts and no one was taking responsibility for this broken computer table and the cost was around 7k.

                  I have reached the KPN booking person name Rakesh - [protected] and raised concern about this issue. He said he will discuss it with his manager and get back to me with in a day . So far no response from him and even he is not picking up the phone.

                  So far I received 5 items only out of 6 items. Now tell me who is responsible for this broken computer table and I lost money along with the booking amount of this table.

                    I made a shipment from karnataka to irumbuliyur, tambaram, chennai.
                    In the booking slip they mentioned 170rs for courier and unloading. But when i receive the parcel, they asked extra 10rs for unloading.

                      I have got booked for my parcel on 19.1.2023 through KPN parcel service from cinniyampalayam to arni LR number CBE[protected]. Still I haven't received my parcel. No one is responding well. They haven't attend my call to know about my consignment tracking details. I have faced lots and lots of discrepancies and pressure for more than three days. Still i am suffering about my consignment... very very worst behavior from supervisor called Venkatachalam from Salem yard. All KPN yards are behaving same manners. Not respecting to customer and there is no conclusion from anybody. It's very tuff to reach head office and there is no escalation matrix also... the customer of mine claiming for his four days loss he insisting me to bare it... I don't know how to deal this issue

                        Metal Crafts from Coimbatore send Screen Mesh to my Production unit RGS Bluemetals which is located in Vellore on 27/12/22 ( LLR # CBE[protected] they said next day delivery but got 5 days but still not delivered there is no one responded to ask about our parcel. Such a pathetic parcel service ever. We lost a big because of this delay. Please do the needful

                                Booked a parcel from vendor and they delivered thru KPN Parcel service via LR SVK[protected] rced the package on Monday 17/10 and noticed the package seal was tampered and they removed many items from the box worth Rs 2000. The worst part is the support and customer service from KPN when I called Pallavaram branch thru [protected] they not even bothered what I am talking and asked me to connect head office[protected] after multiple and continuous try able to speak such a wonderful gentleman he asked many cross questions without allowing me to explain and cut the call abruptly. I am very surprised how KPN surviving in market with these type of Lethargic staffs and management, Good luck KPN

                                  I booked a consignment as per details below through your parcel office at Vadavalli Coimbatore.

                                  1) Sender: Ramesh
                                  2) Items: a computer table and high quality plastic chair
                                  3) LR No.[protected]
                                  4) Receiver: Sandhya (my daughter)
                                  5) Sent to: Velachery Chennai
                                  6) Amount paid Rs.450/-

                                  At the time of delivery, we were shocked to note that the table was fully damaged and not in a usable condition.

                                  While booking, the entire transaction was handled by a school boy, around the age of 16 years, who was told to be the son of the actual staff. He promised us that the table and chair will be properly safeguarded against any damages.
                                  However, against our protest, he mentioned in the booking form "No claim for damages". When I questioned this, he told me unless we accept to this condition, the consignment can't be booked and at KPN all parcels are booked with this condition only.

                                  Now my questions are:

                                  1) Is it a fact that in KPN all parcels are booked with the condition "No claim for damages: If so, has the Government authorised such bookings? Is it as per Law?
                                  2) How can the parcel booking office be handled by a minor boy and what is the quality of service that you can give to the customer?
                                  3) At the delivering office at Chennai, when my daughter wanted to take delivery of the chair only and not the table since it was damaged and she wanted to make a complaint, they refused saying that we have to sign and take both the items. This is against the rights of the customer.

                                  The photographs of the damaged table are attached herewith.
                                  Hence, I hereby demand you to pay me a sum of Rs.1900/- being the cost of the damaged table and Rs.450/- being the amount paid byme to your company plus Rs.5000/- as compensation towards mental agony and stress undergone by us because of your 'Inefficient customer service'.

                                  Please note that this should be treated as my legal notice under consumer protection act 1963 and in case I do not get the remedy sought by me within 3 days the matter shall be taken up with the Consumer Griegances Redressal Forum at your costs and expenses.

                                    Today I took delivery of the parcel received from Madurai with LR No. MDR[protected]. 2 carton boxes has been sent from Madurai of which one is intact and the other one is torned and 17 bottles of oil out of 60 bottles is missing. I have received only 43 bottles. When contacted the supplier he assured that he has made 2 new carton boxes and one of it is torned means it may be due to rough handling at the parcel service. Since 17 bottles are missing I have lost Rs 510/- in addition, your staff at Madipakkam collected an excess amount of Rs40/- (totally I paid Rs 340) as handling fees for this type of rough handling which ultimately resulted in loss to me of Rs550/-. Kindly compensate me for the loss.

                                      Send a parcel (bike ) to my wife in Thiruvarur to kadayanallur n Kpn parcel service. It’s a new brand Suzuki access 125. But was got many scratches and one part was broken. I tried call for Thiruvarur Kpn parcel service but they not respond properly and talk with rude behaviour. I paid 1700 for parcel and 300 packing charges in rupees . I need compensation and proper explanation for this from Kpn particle service side....

                                      Hi i am sankar from avinashi,
                                      I ordered a wheel barrow in chiniyampalayam 12th july and the company booked kpn parcel service for speed delivery on 14th July and conformed that parcel delivered on 15th July early morning in avinashi office by nataraj(chiniyampalayam office). Today 15th July i came to avinashi office in morning and they said it will come around 2 'o clock because transport goes to Salem without avinashi stop.
                                      At 2'o clk they said parcel will arrive soon.
                                      Then they said transport will go to tirupur it will arrive soon
                                      Now it's 6'o clock now ...they said it will arrive within a hour.
                                      They even not give a chair for waiting
                                      Not responding the exact location of my parcel
                                      Even whatsapp support also not responding
                                      .
                                      .
                                      How can I refund my parcel
