Out of 4 parcel, 1 parcel has not been delivered. no response from the delivery end
Demanding immediate compensation and stidegent action

We booked four bags to srivilliputhur near four bags. Yet to get the docket details . How to collect material. The agent phone switched off. We are worried on safety / demarage.

Monday we were booked the parcel from tiruppur kpn to tiruttani kpn. LR No.TPR[protected]

(23.09.21)Today, i have collected from tiruttani branch, they are demanded extra 20rs of loading charges without bill.

Request you to kindly sort out the problem asap.

A consignment vide CHE 04148149 was booked from Chennai to Trivandrum on 04th Sep 2021, you people had wrongly sent the items to Ramanathapuram, after our coordination it was directed to Trivandrum but unfortunately materials had reached Marthandam on 09th Sep 2021 and till now ie 13 th Sep it is not moved, when we approached THE STAFFS OF KPN CHENNAI, MARTHANDAM, TRIVANDRUM were saying that KPN did not paid for DIESEL charges that's the reason we have moved the materials.

Because we have been charged penalty of INR 30000, now whos going to compensate, kindly revert back.

Products sent from chennai to Bangalore is Damaged. Pls look into it and help

But sofa has been not shipped to Trichy. But the shipped to Thani.
After I got message from kpn parcel service only I know about that the product has been shipped some other location..
After I call that number ask why you shipped to Thani he simply reply that I'm not booked parcel from there you should ask in Medavakkam branch only .
After so many call they transfer my sofa to tirchy after 1 week .
After I received my sofa I go and check in tirchy kpn warehouse my sofa has been Fully damage. So ask for reasons they told that they claim for my sofa. My sofa cost is 50, 000. But till now they not respond properly for climb and telling some new issue and not responding properly..
SO kindly arrange for my climb as soon as possible..

I have been contacting KPN swarnapuri as well as double Road KPN .Utterly irresponsible.No one picks the phone. KPN double road insists on original LR when ur printed LR clearly states that delivery can be made without original LR. I sent 5 parcels . first 4 parcls delivered without original LR .But suddenly KPN double road inists on LR . On top of it even ur head office doesnt bother about answering customer calls. In that case why do u give these numbers as customer care numbers . Your company is the worst customer care or rather Don't care number. however this is my last transaction wih u. Just deliver LR number[protected] . sender svs - [protected] . receiver Lord krishna - [protected]. Nonody attends the phone in salem, double road. Even America president wont be so busy.

KPN annanagar branch is simply asking extra unloading charges and asking the customer to send the money to their personal gpay. After asking they are simply saying some reason and gave a dummy receipt. This is a big scam. I have recorded all the statement and the bill that they gave going to post it in Facebook and Instagram. But before that I want to officially state a complaint here

my part book one parcel tv.malai to v.n road, t.nagar, chennai booking no:TVI[protected] DT.6.8.21 BUT MATERIAL Received on 9.8.21 time 8.35pm bottle missing 1L -2no.s . similarly previous month one parcel booking no:TVI[protected] DT:26.06.21 packing open 3 no.s 1L bottle missing totally this Lose My amount Rs.1200 but delivery point person irresponsible for that item.he told ask MMDA point and also paid Topay charge Rs.160 also total amount Loss Rs.1360. ia m 65 age old but this not responsible our item send to booking office.
i booked CIT nagar Delivery point last 1 year business no complient but this VN Road piont repated complient please action For MMDA & V N Road delivery point, my loss my amount Near by Rs.1500.
please consumer book VN road poind & MMDA point you loss parcel lose mony and Energy also. kpn group action for that delivery point

I booked Cartoon box and hero splendor bike on 31/07/2021 at Madurai North masi branch .Only C box arrived at Vaniyambadi on 02/08/2021 and my bike not yet come.

I called Salem head office hundred times but nobody attended .

The status of my bike could not be traced till now.

If KPN can not function properly sincerely why they can continue this parcel service?

Better stop this service so that customers opt some other better parcel service.

In 5 G era neither the status of my bike, nor inablity to communicate with head office is made means it is really horrible and Govt must take strict action against speed parcel service providers at the earliest.

This is Hariharan from Madipakkam, Chennai. I am your regular customer and use to get my goods from KPN madipakkam branch.

I am getting Dhall appalam from Madurai and for last two times, my goods are delivered very badly. last time around 5 to 6 kg appalam was broken and this time also.

Can you please take immediate action on this and advise me the solution.
Also suggest, who will bear my loss.

I received my canon printer scanner with damaged.

We have booked the materials from Chennai to Bangalore on 31st July 2021, During the booking time, KPN executives promised me that materials will be delivered in Bangalore the next day itself. We believed their words and send the materials...
4-days completed still we have not got the materials when I enquired in the KPN delivery location (Shantinagar) they're not giving the proper response about the materials. they are least bothered about with the customers, telling that it is in the Chennai only.
The emergency purpose we have booked the materials, now we are stuck, don't know what to do, our customer is scolding like anything...
Please take proper action on KPN Travels

We have booked 2 boxes to Karur on[protected] LLR No.CHE[protected] to Mallow International, In that Dell 27 inch LED S2721HN -1 no. was damaged. We have spoken with Karur KPN travels Mr. Bharathidasan, In front of him, we have opened the box and check the monitor, but screen itself tared and damaged, ( we have attached that photos also) Now it was available in Karur KPN travels only.( customer not interest to taken the material) They( Karur KPN travels) asked a letter for complaint. S2721HN Monitor Price Rs.14986. ( invoice given at the time of booking) ( attached also). kindly request to refund the amount as soon as possible, customer have good reputation for your travels . so kindly consider and sort this issue immediately.

*Note* vilupuram reached my parcel 16th but not recieved, Today call the person is not response words on our vehicles repair .

I booked a parcel from Kollam to nagercoil on 5th July 21.and I received it on nagercoil on 13th July 21.when I received I paid rs250 for parcel. I was asked to pay rs 20 for unloading, I asked the loadman to load it in my car parked 10 metres away.he said he won't do it...I don't understand why do we pay rs 20...and the incharge man was a mere onlooker..kpn parcel service do take action

A parcel is booked on 30.06.2021 slm[protected] from salem to chennai. Still it is not received in chennai, it is more than 7 days. All the numbers in bill and web site is not working or not reachabel.
