I am booked bike parcel from Tiruchendur to chennai .they collected charges totally 2000 rs.still not delivered. rno one respone this delivery

We had booked one consignment on 17.06.2021 from CBE to BLR vide L. R No CBE[protected] QTY-3 Boxes. We have received only one box and 2 boxes are missing. None of the KPN persons are giving proper information regarding the missing boxes. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

Very regret to inform you that i have received a fridge shipped from Madipakkam branch duly ONE LEG broken. LR NO.[protected]. First of all the local office has taken excess fare from home to their center. They have intimated at the time of inquiry that shipment fare will be Rs.800/- and Pick up charges Rs.200/-, When the vehicle came there was only one person and again they informed that Rs.200 for Van and 200 each for 2 persons, totally around 1400/-. Only one person the Driver came and i have helped to pick down the Fridge from 2nd floor to Van. Against I went along with the Van for unloading and their I paid Rs.1300/- and where as the receipt was given only for Rs.800/-. And the office in charge was arr-agent on explaining. More over the fridge was kept out side and they were pulling . I never expected this type of service from KPN as i have already experienced best services. I need to get repaired the Fridge and the chargesa re to be given by you. Kindly look into this issue and solve it.

We sent a fridge from Chennai medavakkam to Bodi.

We packed it very nicely and sent. But the bottom unit which is attached to the fridge is missing. Either Bodi or Chennai service person is not responding properly. This is really very bad.

How come the neatly wrapped fridge unit will miss.

I have sent a parcel (27kg of citron pickle worth 2800) from Tambaram to Tirunelveli.

I told them that the product is fragile and need to be handled in proper manner.

However, I found that they have have handled improperly and broken my parcel. They placed my parcel near to door. So it broken.

All my pickle where spilled to ground...

I NEED COMPENSATION.

I have parceled by bike on[protected]Thursday) from Chennai Medavakkam to Pollachi. I got the LR number[protected]. I didn't get my bike up to 12th March. Every day I had to speak with a Medavakkam person. They said only excuses, then on 12th March, again he gave new LR number CHE[protected].
Finally, I got my bike on 13th March. Nearly 9 days delay. When I received my bike from Pollachi, I found that my side mirrors as missing from my bike. Again I spoke with Medavakkam Parcel service for my side mirrors. Still now[protected] they haven't parceled my side mirrors. I have shared mail also to the KPN service([protected]@kpntravels.in
). But no response from your side. Just now I spoke with the Medavakkam parcel person, he's literally using bad words against me and not responding to my order.

I got frustrated by your service. I won't recommend the KPN Parcel service, Medavakkam branch to anyone. Because of your delay, I had missed many things. II need the console amount for this delay.

Worst service by KPN Parcel Service, Medavakkam Branch.

I have attached the old LR number which I got on 4th March-2021.

If I am not getting a call from your side, we will go as legally.

Kindly do needful and repay my money

Have send bike from Madurai to Chennai. Bike handbar and some parts are Fully damaged.

I had booked a bike parcel from Chennai to Kumbakonam so I was the plan to visit the Rathimeena office, board also displayed as Rathimeena Travels but they booked the parcel for KPN services and charged too high compared to the other parcel servers.
The worst customer service any company could offer. The staff sitting at the office doesn't know the meaning of decency. They charged for 2000 RS but the bill given by 1496 only they are said 500 RS for parcel charge Am not like KPN i know only Rathimeena travels for good service but they name showed Rathimeena in front of the shop but booked for KPN parcel service worst service and waste of money. Rathimeena charges RS. 1100 only for parcel no packing charges also. Please avoid this parcel services KPN

we have booked complaint on 1.2.21 on e-mail
We need your help to solve the the problem of consignment booked 2 carton boxes on 9.1.2021 from Chennai to Tuticorin –Pudukottai thro doc no :[protected] as per the attached doc details .
Item was wrongly sent to Pudukottai in LR copy and Delivery challan sticked on the parcel attached here with. Till today the parcel re booked from Pudukottai to Tuticorin Pudukottai has not reched the destination. The toal approximatel value of the both parcels is Rs 1, 00, 000/-
Pl help us to resolve and deliver the items immediately.
As per the Pudukottai person [protected] items sent to Tinelveli but Tirunelveli recd only one box and it is been sent to Tuticorin . Second parcel being traced by them at Madui, Thrichy and tirunel veli.

Have sent my bike through your KPN service from Ambasamudram (Tirunelveli) on 4th Feb'20. (Raguram # [protected])
It has been delivered to Parivakkam (Chennai) on 6th Feb'20, same day evening i went to take bike from KPN service office (Stella # [protected]). but when i seen it got damaged right side completely.

Have spoken with both-side about this incident, no proper response.
Have use to send parcel through KPN only many times, but this time am completely disappointed, due to worst handing & response.

Request to pls do necessary things to rectify my bike, front scope damaged, fuel tank dent, side scratches.

Need your intervention at the earliest.

We booked KPN Travel service for the travel on NOv 7 2020 for 3 passengers from Dharmapuri to Marthandam and the ticket was booked in kpn website, on nov 6 we got a call like bus service was cancelled.. when i enquire regarding refund they said to contact service desk

No one is responding on service desk num[protected], when we enquired refund in dharmapuri kpn office they're redirecting to salem office, we directly went and enquired in salem office they're giving different reasons

Tried raising complaints in kpn website dropped so many follow up
mails but no response, they're arguing in salem office when we ask
about refund of 3000/

I have sent my own bike from Banglore Electronic city KPN branck to Vadalur Branch on 12.Jan.2021. They told me that i can receive my bike in two days. But as of now (25.Jan.2021) I did not get any response from them, They are not answering my calls also.
The contact numbers are mentioned in the receipt is not valid number as well

Bike fully damaged while shifting from Chennai[Medavakkam] to my hometown. No proper response from the booking office and they charged extra amount while booking.

The way of treating the customer is very bad..

Regarding LR[protected]. I booked a parcel in kpn parcel service at tambaram branch on 02/01/2021. the parcel is not yet delivered to the recipient . i am keep on following up with them but no use. i am not sure if my parcel is safe or missed. kindly help me on this issue

I booked a parcel(medicines) on 02/jan/2021 to VALLIUR but they sent it to tirunelveli. I am follwing up with tambaram KPN office staffs and manager, but till today the parcel is not yet delivered to the correct address. I tried to reachout customer care number which i found on the receipt, but it is not reachable. Kindly help me on this.
