Dhanya from Besant nagar, my LR NUMBER IS[protected].in indra nagar K.P.N PARCEL SERVICE THEY ALWAYS ADKING EXTRA MONEY AND NOT PICKING CALL THEY KEPT PHONE RECEIVER DOWN AND THEY NOT EVEN RESPONDING US, REALLY BAD REVIEWS TO KPN IN INDRA NAGAR...SUCH A MONEY MINDED ALWAYS ASKING MORE MORE, if bill was 200 means they asking 250rs is it rule to collect extra money from customers? Please kindly take action too bad...not satisfied

Bike fully damaged while shifting from Chennai[Medavakkam] to my hometown. No proper response from the booking office and they charged extra amount while booking.

The way of treating the customer is very bad..

Regarding LR[protected]. I booked a parcel in kpn parcel service at tambaram branch on 02/01/2021. the parcel is not yet delivered to the recipient . i am keep on following up with them but no use. i am not sure if my parcel is safe or missed. kindly help me on this issue

I booked a parcel(medicines) on 02/jan/2021 to VALLIUR but they sent it to tirunelveli. I am follwing up with tambaram KPN office staffs and manager, but till today the parcel is not yet delivered to the correct address. I tried to reachout customer care number which i found on the receipt, but it is not reachable. Kindly help me on this.

Have booked the parcel on Monday 21st Dec 2020 from chennai to Madurai. I paid 2000 rps for the parcel but I received the bill for 1496. They didnot issue bill for the whole amount which is a big fraud by first place. And also informed that for any damages in the parcel company will not held responsible. The main issue is even after 5 days they have not dispatched the parcel from chennai itself. When asked about the details no ownership from KPN customer care[protected] and[protected]. Customer care center behaves like customer worry center. They gave a mobile number to check the status which is in switched off state. Chennai Booking office says it is sent from their office and stuck in their distribution center. Who is responsible for our parcels...? To whom should we check to track the parcels? No online tracking also available. For a 50 rps parcel itself companies like Professional courier are updating the status online stage by stage. Very troublesome for a middle class people like us to fight with big giants like KPN. This is really a pathetic service and a lifetime awkward experience of mine. People who read this pls donot book your parcels in such a cheap services and try to use our Indian railways to do such bookings they deliver the same day to the destination railway station and you will have piece of mind. This is my last booking at KPN either a parcel or a bus ticket. Pls take some action to save innocent people like us by issuing ban on such companies and regulate the SLAs of the transport companies. I am unaware of the next steps raising this complaint and not sure if action will be taken or money will do it’s duty.

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to palani in KPN Travels journey on 12.03.2020, that day morning I got a call from KPN office Bangalore(Call from +[protected]. They informed due to breakdown of Bus we cancelled you book some other travels, amount will be refunded, if that amount is not credited, you may contact Head Office K.P.N Travels India Limited, Salem, Phone:[protected] Email:[protected]@kpntravels.in. I was waited upto 25.03.2020 but that refund amount is not credited to my account. After that lockdown started.

I paid Rs. 680 for fare. i did not get my amount. i called that number no one is answered. i sent so many messages also. i did not get any information from them. Kindly do the needful please. I booked a parcel from Oddanchatram to Banglore at 1 p.m today. They got Rs 210 and they told I will get invoice through sms within 1 hour, but the amount is only for Rs 160. I waited till 6:38 pm and called the office, and now no one is picking the call, for what purpose they got extra Rs50 ? how can I trust hereafter ?

This mail is with regards to the shipment #no CHE[protected] from chennai to Madurai through kpn parcel services on 5/11/2020

The shipment was my ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 vehicle, and it was sent through the KPN parcel services in Medavakkam, chennai. This is a blatant abuse of the trust we had with KPN travels

I have tried reaching out to KPN travels earlier, and the response was not satisfactory. I hope atleast this mail gets me a proper response.

I have booked ticket from Dharmapuri to Marthandam for the travel on[protected] and got a call from KPN as bus service was cancelled.

but haven't received any mail notification regarding the amount refund, Customer care no one is responding and dropped mail yet no response

Parcel (Scooty Pep # TN 18Z 6104) booked at Maduravoyal chennai booking office of KPN on 2nd Nov to Coimbatore destination. Till today 6th Nov no whereabout of the parcel and no proper response from both booking office (Mr. Venkatesan Mob # [protected]) and the delivery office at Coimbatore (Sathy branch - Mr. Kumar - [protected]).
Tried to contact the KPN head office customer care # [protected]
but even after several try no one is picking the call.

Hi i'm joseph, i've booked kpn speed parcel to deliver my wardrobe to chennai from trichy (Try[protected]. It delivered today (21.09.2020) with so many scratches and plywood had broken in some places. We paid for packaging. But they didn't packed the product at all. It was all bare open to all the abuse.

I would like to inform that i had booked a parcel on 9/09/2020 thru kpn, to chennai-velacherry bearing the lr no[protected]

Until now the parcel is not received, after repeated attempt of phone calls and personal visit to the office no one is bothered.
I would request you to kindly find my parcel or refund the amount cost of the parcel of rs.11844

I parceled fruits erode to rameswaram for cancer patient. 19 /8/ 2020 booking date. But since they are not delivery. Every day they told me today will reach 7o clk. Irresponsible answer.

I parcelled the newly bought bike (June-2020) from chennai to nagercoil through kpn parcel service... When i went to pick up the bike from kpn parcel office in nagercoil, myself found a major damage in the bike tank... The employee in the kpn office is not responding properly for the damage, stating that "this will happen normally in the parcel service".

I hereby attached the damage for the ready reference.

I fed with these people whenever i call they said that bike is in perungudi and madurai... Etc. Since 2 days i was calling head office but not answering. It is worst head office service.

I sent my bike from chennai medavakkam through kpn travells with the help of my friend in chennai on may 29. Till today i didn't receive my bike and when contacted medavakkam kpn they said that they sent the bike and they dont know where exactly my bike is. When i try to contact the kpn main branch they are not even picking the call.
