But on 23 rd i got a call from kpn stating that the trip had been canceled and the money will b refunded. But i haven’t got the money yet. I paid through paytm via my hdfc credit card.[protected] this is the number i got the call. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. My contact number is [protected]

    I had 3 horrible experiences with kpn travels.
    The staff are so negligent and don't carry the proper documents and permits required by the rto owing to which the passengers are stranded midway inspite of paying a heavy ticket fare.
    Absolutely unprofessional in terms of service and i am really unhappy because of this.
    Kpn is no longer trust worthy in offering satisfactory services and it is an absolute waste of time and money going by kpn.
    Booked 2 tickets from madurai to chennai on 01.01.2020 ... 9.30 pm bus was delayed and bus started only by 01.30 AM ... On its way met with an accident near vikkravandi after that no other alternate arrangement was done ... With kids it was very rude by staff to strand us in middle of the road ... Please take stringent action against this travels

      I booked 3 tickects in kpn travels via red bus of amount 3600. Very bad service. Bus lights not working no power charger not working, no pillow no water bottle bus not coming on time staff member and driver not speaking not proper response, taring bed and ugly screens. I want refund my money back. Plz help me. Also plz punish this kind of travel agency.

      Booked Toy battery car from Chennai to Neyveli on KPN Travels. But we receive item with damage and front portion was broken. Its shows highly irresponsible with consumers products even though we booked parcel under fragile category.

        Kpn travels. From madurai to bengaluru - 2.12.2019. Vehicle number tn30 bj 9199 boarded at madurai destination bengaluru. Scheduled time to reach 8.30pm. Date of trave 2.12.19. I am sivaraman boarding pass 3a7198. Ticket number l[protected]. Driver take the vehicle to his own whims and fancies. Already it was late by 2hours. But he doesn't care to reach without further late. When asked about it he replied rudely. No blanket was provided. To compensate it he maintained the temperature at higher temperatures. Passengers felt sultry. Complaint proved futile. Unless suitable action is taken against the defaulters, such drawbacks will recur. However it makes me to feel to avoid traveling through kpn travels

          I have booked online ticket from Karaikudi to Chennai on Dec 01, 2019 boarding point is near Karaikudi new bus stand through PATtm . But i dont received any bust journey details from bus operator side. And i have waited for the bus till 9.30. After that i taken government bus from karaikudi to trichy and trichy to chennai via one private bus operator

          Till now i am not able to reach any KPN travels Representative to address my problem. I need fund for my payment.

          Proof for i trying to call the bus operator number from 8.01 to 8.38 pm is giver below.

            I have booked a ticket from salem to tirunelveli on 26.11.2019. Ticket number is k[protected]. I have booked it for my daughter whose age is 17. Without any prior information the helper informed that the bus will be only upto madurai. I had informed to the office and also to the concern general manager. But unable to find a solution. This has created me as well as my family members in deep trouble. I require some clarifications in this regard fro the concern authority.

            1. Reason for stopping the bus in madurai itself instead of moving to tirunelveli
            2. Why there is no intimation in advance
            3. The ticket cost is paid for tirunelveli.
            4. How can this be trusted in future.

              I have paid using paytm and received bus ticket confirmation for bangalore to mettupalayam.

              Representative from kpn called me and told that we have to take bus to salem and they will arrange a different bus to destination. They didn't provide me bus number or driver details confirming my ticket to destination. Moreover passenger travelling with age 50+ (Female). I don't want her to change bus in midnight so requested for refund.

              Also representative from kpn is very rude and asked me not to book using kpn service in future. If they are not able to provide the service they should simply cancel the trip in advance and i can find some other alternative.

                Hi team,

                I would like to bring to your attention since it was pending for long while as well as fed up on following up both chennai and madurai office for our parcel

                I'm writing this e-mail behalf of abdul and manoharan, abdul done the parcel activity from chennai kpn parcel service office on 10/10/2019 but whereas it was not received next day in madurai, from there we are following up every day/twice enquired in madurai kpn office where they said parcel hasn't arrived yet and told if it's come will call and report. After some days (More than 10 days) no call from madurai kpn office while check, they said need to check with chennai office. We are start enquired chennai office directly with proof of receipt but couldn't receive proper response and they told customer abdul has to come and check for this issue not others. Finally abdul come and asked about the status still haven't receive any response.

                We are really clueless about our parcel whether it is in chennai/madurai office,
                I have ever seen such a worst service of kpn parcel service department both madurai and chennai.

                When we try to call complaint number in this receipt most of the time engaged and other number seems not valid one. It is really hard time to follow-up people like lame.

                I hope this e-mail will taken to the right person to check the real status and help to sort this issue till end. If it is missed kindly let us upfront and bare the amount to fix this issue permanently.

                I'm Maheswaran from tamilmadu.I have traveling to Bangalore at 10 Nov already bus delayed 30 minutes.canteen 35 minutes, samel fuel filling 40 minutes, arrival time fixed 6:15 am at Bangalore but bus reached hosur at 6:30.
                This is very bad experience from your company (KPN) travels.
                Today from Bangalore to coimbatore Bus timing is 9.45 pm. I waited for more than 2 hrs from 9.30 to 11.45 for the bus.inspite of that the bus charge is too high 1000+.. it is a worst experience I had. No proper response from the driver too.. careless people

                  Kpn vehicle ar01-t9699. Bus delayed by 45 mins. No proper information of eta. Provided phone number was wrong. The driver was rude and misbehaving. All mistakes made by them. Very worst workers which i ever saw even tn govt bus is better respectful people. These guys behave like gundas. If am at position of police officer then i will try to argue. Looks like the driver was drunk but not sure. Kindly take this issue to higher authorities related to rto and phycologist to give them training time to time.

                    The bus was already delayed 1 hrs and suddenly after taking the bus it was stopped in hosur for 1 hrs the ac was not working. There was no response from hosur branch after that i enquired for a customer care they too are not responding for the customer. Kpn is only needed of money. The person in customer care can do some other # work for this kind of job. I have complained against 3 person there was no response.
                    I have booked a ticket from Madurai to chennai at 1:30 pm on 31/Oct/19 . The trip was cancelled and we got to know by 12 o clock. It was too bad bec it was a sudden information. For that still I dnt get refund.

                      The worst travel ever! They gave wrong contact number and from morning i am calling to them for changing my boarding point but they didn’t pick my call because it’s wrong number after few hours they calling from other number and saying where are you?? Then why u giving wrong number! Are you cheating us?? I lost bus and everyone will lost bus! New way of cheating method! Because of this # travels i lost my important interview! And i need my money refund back! Because it’s your mistake and i lost the bus! The most worst travel ever! Why u guys running this worst travel in this world? Better stop the travel and do something! You have to be responsible for my lose! And i need my money back because of your irresponsible travel!

                        Myself hariharan, we planned to transport a 400 quantity bag in to 2 parcel such as 200 set of bag in 1 parcel and other 200 set of bag in other parcel from erode to karaikudi, we received 1 set of parcel (200 bag) at delay of 2 days from the expected date. And another one (200 bag) we didn't receive for one week. And we made continuous call to kpn parcel service finally we bought parcel of 200 bag with damaged piece. It seems to look like some one opened the parcel plenty of bags has been teared and fully wetted, in that parcel nearly 100 bags are damaged and useless. We order a bag to issues in the marriage as a return gift to the friends and relative but if you (Kpn) have done like this and no response from your side it seems very worst behavior. I can assure and say that kpn is cheated on me. After this issue we call and contact kpn members no response. Every time one person will call and ask the full details he will say i will ask higher official but no response. They irritated us a lot. And make as worried mentally and physically. At the right time they pulled us back. This is worst behavior and cheap attitude from kpn parcel service

                          I have booked kpn sleeper type bus on oct 2019 where they provided semi sleeper bus due to some silly reason. Though they told they will refund amount due to change in bus type where they didn't. Again my bad luck i booked kpn travels on oct 29 2019. Bus details came late asusal and provided driver number is switched off. Manager didn't picked up my call. I waited until 10:30 pm alone where my actual departure date is 8:15pm. I don't know what the # service kpn offering and totally irresponsible to their customer. Shameless people you # cheat all the time

I have attached goods and bill for reference. Here, black pipe bundle was missing and we are not getting proper feedback from elampilai branch. They are not picking our call and not liking to our issue. Kindly take necessary step and bring back our goods. The cost of goods around 5000. But due to lethargic work of deleivery man my goods was missing. Kindly take necessary steps on this issue

                              The bus staff informed that bus will drop the trichy passengers in mannarpuram.. View the bus onward going to madurai..

                              But they suppose to drop in trichy central bus stand...

                              Even we don't know this bus going to madurai and it will drop trichy passengers in bypass before booking...

                              If i know earlier i never choose kpn and i booked in any other travels who dropped us in trichy central bus stand...
                              Very bad customer support.

                              I'm traveling from chennai to trichy with my mother.. I booked kpn travels through redbus which departure time is 1315 from omni bus stand, koyambedu..

                              They may easily change that co-passenger to any single lower berth side and accommodate us in two side by side lower berths... But they were not done and they behaving like rowdies/gundas...

                              Driver arrogantly told me to get down from the bus.. And the helper not listening any thing from me...

                              Their rude behaviour really iltreated me and making me a unpleasant traveling...
                              I really need apologize from the driver and helper/cleaner and prompt action from your side for their irresponsible and irritating behaviour...

                              I really feeling bad for selecting kpn travels from redbus... Next time myself, my family members and friends will avoid kpn travels.. If i not get any justice...

                                  I am ashif. Travelilling from tenkasi to banglre on 5 oct, ka d 7224, boarding time was 6.25pm & location tmb atm. I reached boarding point at 6.15pm sharp and i was standing in front of atm
                                  My complaints as belowb
                                  1) driver arrived at 6.58pm late he was
                                  2) he stopped bus 50m before atm and he was shouting at me "can't u show ur hand & stop bus? R u educated?" in a rude manner.
                                  3) i asked him back in a polite way, why u shouting and u were wrong. I was standing in correct stop but he refused to accept his mistake also i asked him why so late? He replied to me again in very rude manner which he supposed to do. He said" hey you come out first, why you booked kpn? Dont u have other travels? And get out of the bus bla bla.. He is middle age goon and i dont want others to got into trouble, so i just stopped the dispute.

                                  Now i please you people to take correct action against this indecent fellow who doesnt have any eligiblity. And he doesnt know how to talk to a passenger. If i would have started fighting with that fellow, he would have stopped trip. Because i was pissed of to the core.. Only because of other passenger i put an end.

                                    Booked ticket from chennai to madurai, boarding point:srm. University chennai. Date 4th oct.2019. Ticket no:tnax72931192. Pnr:j[protected]. Despite passenger called several time fails to respond. Contacted no:[protected]. He answered arrogantly, as well as his intension was to gain extra many, bus no:py01 cu0919.
                                    Due to this hardship not only loose the money, our journey in jeopardise one.
                                    Pls arrange to refund at an early one, otherwise v will issue legal notice.

                                      Travel from chennai to tenkasi total cost 4600
                                      scheduled departure 8.40pm
                                      actual departure 9.45 pm
                                      waited 1 hour and more on the street.
                                      when bus arrived ithere was only an angry always shouting scolding driver.
                                      NO HELPER.
                                      we could not load luggage in the trunk.
                                      had to carry it myself into the cabin.
                                      all berths were dirty floor mat was muddy.
                                      the ac blowers closure, water bottle stand sests were broken or torn.
                                      Ac was shivering cold and unpleasant.
                                      That driver was rude to me even when i was travelling alone wth child of 6 years..

                                      Mobile charger too never worked

                                      NOTHING WAS WORTH THE 1150.
                                      MORNING DRIVER WAS OFFERING JOYOUS RIDES TO PASSERS BY. He was rude to the paid passengers but offered rides to his comrades in most happy way, he kept announcing n calling people rajapalyam tenkasi..

                                      i finally reached tenkasi at 11 the following morning.
                                      Its ridiculous such greedy people exisst.
                                      I know nothing is going to happen by writing all this.
                                      ATLEAST DONT BOOK UR TRAVEL TICKET IN THIS BUS. IT WAS SUCH AN UNPLEASANT HOLIDAY START

                                      Have booked tickets on KPN travel from trichy to chennai the travel date is 04.10.2019 10.15 PM. The bus was cancelled by the company and i have not received my refund as of now and there are no intimations about the same.

                                      We have booked a consignment to 10 bailes to elampillai Salem on 16/8 till now it is not delivered and the consignment is mispaced . LR NO - CHE[protected]. We need these materials to be sent today at any cost. When I call the head office noone is responding and if this is the case in future I will cancel all the orders booking with KPN.

                                        Kpn travels is notorious to last minute cancellations. They check the reservation status if the the bus is not fully filled they cancel the bus and force the people who have booked into it into other buses of theirs.
                                        For my senior citizen parents who have allergy to ac buses, i booked non ac, sleeper with boarding point as chromepet. Just 2 hours before travel, they called and asked me to board an ac bus in arumbakkam instead of chromepet and said only the last seat is available. All 3 are not my preferences. When i refused and told them that i will complain, they sent a message that the bus itself is cancelled.

                                        This happened twice to me in the same kpn travels in the same route. Beware of this fraudsters. They don't know a word about commitment and are money greedy beggars.
