Trichy to bangalore kpn travels was missed the bus because it was not come for the given time, because i have losed my valuable time and money at least before living the bus there is no information this is really very bad service, and kpn travel is the most cheating travel agency dear publics pls don't select kpn travels in future this is very bad service provider
I have missed my important meeting and big loss for us and i was tried to call no body can pick the call irrresponsible person in the kpn organization really this is bad
Worst service.don't book ticket this traveles.1.30 hrs late.not keep up the time management.not reached the boarding point &dropping point at the specified time.

    I booked 9:15 bus from hosur to kumbakonam 20.09.19. Boarding hosur
    Reached at 9pm. Didn't receive vehicle no. By msgthat we generally get but got msg that bus is delayed by 1 hour. Approached kpn office
    1 person couldn't tell even vehicle no. Even by seeing system. I had to approach another kpn staff murugan who was busy making bribe deal with another driver getting 200 rs. He said that the online tracking is usually wrong and that the vehicle is yet to reach hosur. He later found that the vehicle had already left at 10 30 because name was not in drivers list yet raised voice against customer showing forefinge
    He said you have booked late (7pm) i cannot do anything.
    Astonished to see kpn staff attitude towards customer saying 'keep this with someone else' and also filthy language.
    Had this been vrl or srs they would have fired him for such inappropriate behaviour with customer
    There are many transporters who charge appreciably less we still choose better ones with higher tariff only for customer satisfaction
    As a customer am very hurt with hosur office murugan attitude and response. I will keep escalating till action is taken against him else you will keep losing customers for sure impacting the entire organization reputation
    We wre travelling from dindigul bye pass to bengaluru on 13-9-19 on that the bus was break down at namakkal toll plaza but the driver and operator cant say any information and then we take private bus to reach bangalore, in this regard i missed my train to belagavi, so please provide refund, this makes more problem in personal.

      Respected sir i booked ticket in kpn travels last week from dindigul bye pass to bengaluru but the bus is breakdown in nammakal tool plaza, in these regard the bus driver not say anything about the problem (2hours) that's why i missed the train in bangalore, so please take necessary steps and refund my money in my account, i booked through online system

        On 7th sep 2019, i brought my honda active to kpn parcel service (Shanthi nagar, bangalore) to parcel and transfer it to my hometown (Thanjavur). The kpn parcel service person promised to deliver the bike by monday evening (9th sep). And i asked him will it be safe without any damage and will be delivered? He said yes it will be safe. I accepted that promise and agreed to that.
        But the bike was not delivered on the promised delivery date and it was finally delivered on today (11th sep). When i and my father went to pick the bike, the delivery person of kpn travels asked us rs. 100/- extra from the parcel charges for handling the parcel. And we inspected the bike before taking out from the place, it was found to be damaged on the body with lot of scratches and dent on the right side of its body. This kpn service is really worst and i want refund for this damage caused by kpn parcel service.

          I have travelled many times from salem to chennai through morning bus 7.45

          Last time i have booked the ticket for 7.45 but you have changed the bus timing to 9... I asked the reason to operater he is saying we don't have enough booking in 7.45 bus is that my issue?

          Again on 4th september 2019 i have booked ticket for 7.45 but by night 12 o clock i have received a message as "this is kpn travels your bus will be delayed by one hour".. Is this the correct way to convey message to customer.. I am working in chennai and my shift starts from 2.30 that's why i have booked ticket by 7.45 but now you have changed the bus timing.. Will you able to inform to my office.. No right...

          This is not fare.. First i have informed my friends to use kpn bus because your timing is good you will arrive on time but now a days this is going very worse..

          I just need a correct reason for this.. And i am very much disappointed about your travels...
          KPN travels is very very very very wrost travels...No timing, No custemer responce, tolaly kpn bus bad bad bad bad very bad...

            Travelled from chennai to coimbatore on 14 august and did a grave mistake by booking kpn.

            1. The bus was really really filthy.. Beds weren't laid and the place was stinking
            2. The bus started at least 1.5 hrs late and the staff were soo cool about it..
            3. Delayed by over 5 hrs to reach the. Destination.. The bus wasn't in good condition.. So couldn't travel as fast..
            4. According blast was so high.. With defective controls to adjust.. Resulting in severe leg pain..

            My advice never travel by kpn buses

              I'm travel from chennai to coimbatore at 15.30 sunday 11-8-19 bus no tn 30bf9199 it running after 60 km driver suddenly stop the bus and he said ac not working service engineer from chennai has come to solve the problem bus will not move from simply told there are 38 passenger include kids also waiting in the road not even a single shop he not respond what we ask.
              After 2 hours only he arrange to send next vehicle instant of we reach coimbatore 11.30 we reach 2.30 am next day. This is the very bad service from kpn never expect
              I am travelling from Trichy to Pondicherry. They told the destination to be Pondicherry and that I ll reach there by 7pm. But now its 8pm already and they dropped me at Thindivanam asking ne to take another van (after a copassenger alerted him about me) I need my ticket fare back or am taking this to consumer court...
              I took a bus from Chennai to Salem today and bus number is TN 30 BH 9199... The most horrible experience is the bus is full of mosquitos and very untidy ... A/C is not working and it is running late by two hours now ... very bad service
              We are coming from Vellankanni dated on 13.08.2019 vide vehicle no 2809

              he stopped the salem and Change the all passenger without prior information and delayed 3 Hrs

                Cleanliness of your bus is very poor.

                Bus is full of bed bugs.
                If you can't clean the bus on a regular basis, why should you be so proud of your brand kpn? You should feel ashamed. Shame on you. This would be my last travel with kpn. Frustrated in just 15 minutes of the travel.

                  Goods handing & response to the customer is very worst. I dropped my things & a washing machine at kpn parcel service, guindy. They did damage to my washing box in front of me by dashing goods vehicle to the washing machine, treat the washing machine like other luggage. They forced me to pay rs.700 charge with out any receipt/bill for wrapping even though my things are packed in the boxes and intentionally they are making damage to customer things. When i receive the boxes, they are wet and damaged and boxes are opened and few things are not there. I did not expect this from kpn.

                    My parcel was booked in bangalore office on 24.06.2016. To tirunelveli.
                    Lr no is blr [protected]. I keep on touching with tirunelveli office and bangalore office for the past 2 days.in tirunelveli office they told out of 3 box they received only 2. But in bangalore office they told they have sent all the 3 parcels. Till date there is no traceability of the 3rd parcel. Response from tirunelveli office is very worst.                         I had booked on 13th June by KPN travels Salem for the 14th June to Chennai by 8.15 am bus and I have received message that the boarding was scheduled at 7.30 am. 2 messages received was also a reminder to board the van at 7.30 am in the AVR roundana pick up stand. When I came there it was informed that 8.15 bus was cancelled and I could board the 9.15 am bus. No intimation was made except a call at 7.48 am asking me to take the boarding van that will leave to seelanaickenpatti. Why should I not file a complaint against the travels for not having intimated me about the cancellation? If you do not give a reply within day I will be constrained to take legal action for negligence. My booking reference is [protected]@gmail.com.
                        I have booked a volvo sleeper from madurai to bangalore. I only got the seat above the engine. And these guys have a hole below the seat and the engine heat is spread all over the seat. Couldn't sleep at all. Paid 1300 rupees for the ticket and got these quality from kpn. I didn't expect this from kpn.

                          I booked a bus on 12th June from chennai to erode through railyatri for my wife. Booked in kpn travels, i even received a msg on the boarding details.
                          Boarding time was at 10.35pm on 12th June, Myself and my wife reached at 10.00pm, waited until 2 am, bus did not arrive and the contact information in the ticket was useless and the number was switched off throughout, no one contacted us.

                          No information completely, we had to come back home after 2 am. Very poor.

                            I have booked 2 tickets chennai to madurai (AC sleeper) boarding date and time 12.6.19and 10.30pm from tambaram sanatorium bus stop. I am really upset ur service... Because at 9.40pm i got a message from ur side bus was cancelled ur amount will be refunded within 24 hours. I called that contact person he is simply saying bus was breakdown mam can't arrange the another bus so ur amount will be refunded tomorrow itself...
                            I didn't expect from ur side first time i met this type of behavior from ur side how can i arrange another bus on that time... Now i need a clarification from ur side if incase bus break down means u can't arrange bus from ur side means then y u r taking booking amount previously... Really this is a very worst behavior from ur side... I am regularly travel KPN service only but hearaftet i didn't book ur service...

                              I have booked KPN Semi sleeper from Pudukkottai to Chennai, travelling date 10/06/19 through make my trip (Booking id NU[protected] & PNR 74S8T5E), Seat No 10. bus pick up time 10.00PM
                              I was waiting at the boarding from 9.45 PM to midnight up to 12 AM of next day. Bus did not arrived the pickup point and no phone call from driver/office. I was forced to cancel my trip and return back to home.

                              This type of bad experience I am facing from KPN travels very frequently. I did not expect this type o[censored]nprofessional and unhuman response from KPN travels. What happened to my money, Instead of this type of looting the other peoples money they can do something else.

Bus arrival time 22:40 what a excellent and fast service is you're keep it up one of the woest service in the world your staff also irresponsible wow wow ones again keep going to your service like this your transport is getting world number keep it up
                                As a female with kid, i travelled from Bangalore to tirupur. Actually destination of the bus is Coimbatore. They can drop at perumanallur bus stop. They dropped at bye pass itself at 9.00 pm. Please mention actual destinaton at booking itself. For safety purpose we chose travels. Here i couldnt measure any safety and waste of money.

                                    The bus timing was2130. But in starting point it self bus was problem, and started by 2300 hrs. The bus is worst not clean. After crossing sripeeumoudur, the bus was stopped at 0100hrs. The driver name was Murali. Later it was observed that there is no diesel. There is no response from KPN office. So some passengers including me caught a TNTC bus to Krishnagiri, and ticket fare is 197/- We travelled in that bus in standing up to Ambur nearly 3 hrs. Then reached Krishnagiri by 0600am. From there another bus to Dharmapuri, with fare Rs. 34/-. and reached Dharmapuri by 0715 am. I spent almost another Rs. 250) -, and sleepless night, with standing for 3 hours, with mental agony due to the irresponsible attitude of KPN office staff including AGM. I kindly request you to refund the amount paid for KPN bus and ticket charge Rs. 250/- paid to Govt. Bus.

                                    It is much painful that many women passengers, both ekderly, college girls, and with small kids were stranded on road, where there is no facility, light, water on a national Highway. Pathetic situation, due fault of the KON, who had not checked up whether diesel is there or not. The driver seems to be part time driver, who believed that the staff told the tank is full.

                                    At the time of departure, the bus was faulty, and made small correction, without proper condition it was allowed on road. If the vehicle is fault, and no alternative vehicle is not available, u should cancel the entire bus, or make arrangements for alternative arrangements. Further this bus was also withheld at RTO office for more than half an hour at Poonthamalle RTO office for want of papers.

                                    So Mr. Natarajan, it is not only earning of money, it is the life of many human beings, dont allow your staff to play with their life.

                                    I was regular traveller of KON, and my worst experience, is this and learnt that recent days KPN travels services were detoriated much.. Please do the nerdful, for better service. Condition of that bus is also worst.

                                      I booked a ticket at 8:10pm on 2nd june 2019 for a bus scheduled at 11.15pm via red bus website to travel from trichy to chennai. Ticket no tn6y14622257. After 5 mins i decided to cancel and tried cancelling the ticket but it gave me an info telling ticket cannot be cancelled within 3 hrs of travel time. I went to the kpn office in trichy but the response was, we cannot cancel your ticket. Even flights permit us to cancel ticket before half n hour of travel time. No one was ready to help. I tried the kpn head office number [protected] for help but no one picked the call for 2 hours. First time in life i had a very bad experience with kpn. Will never travel or recommend anyone to travel in kpn henceforth. My 1000rs ticket went for no cause.

                                        I travel from trichy to chennai through kpn bus. Boarding time is 12.30pm from trichy central bus stand. After cauvery bridge the bus got breakdown and we waited for more than 1 and half hours in chennai highway, no service from kpn, when we ask for bus change, alternate bus arrangement, the driver is shouting with us and he is saying it not my fault. Driver inform us to contact the kpn manager. Manager is not responding properly.
                                        I need to be at chennai at 7.30 pm for the important work, after i waited for one and half hours then i gone with other bus service by my own expense.
                                        I send an email to kpn bus service email - [protected]@kpntravels.in. But no response from them. I want the refund amount what i paid for the travel. Kindly forward this to kpn bus service and ask them to reply to my mail and refund my amount.
