Kpn Travels — behavior of staff | |
Hi, I boarded the bus from chennai kpn travels at around 8 15 pm on 3/10/2018 towards ernakulam ticket id k[protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com I asked when will be the next stop as i had to go to toilet and the response from them was like “we will stop when we feel to stop or may be tomorrow evening “. From there the conversation was not good and they threatened me on hitting as part of the same. They were complaining saying going for toliet is the only reason they are late on route. Going to toilet is a basic human need and stopping for 1 min for the same if it causes them to loose a lot of time please ask them not to take humans and carry animals in the bus. I need to see some action taken against the driver and conductor atleast as they threatened me to beat. I have paid 2363 rupees for the sleeper seat and this is not what i expect and there are better services provided by other buses at a cheaper rate. If no action taken then i will take it up to next level Was this information helpful? | |

No proper communication. Customers are frustrated and irritated to the core. It is better to travel in government bus instead KPN travels. Boarding point changed without informing the customers.
