I booked a bus ticket on 27th December on KPN Travels for myself to travel on 29th December 2023 from Bangalore to Tenkasi. I booked the ticket through KPN Website. On the travel date, one person contacted around 08.10 PM and informed the bus service was cancelled. He didn't mentioned any alternative option arranged (His Contact Number [protected]). Then he switched off the number. None of the KPN contact numbers were reachable. tenkasi KPN office says that they don't even know that the bus is coming or not and they didn't gave any contact number to enquire. No support or help from KPN side. I haven't received any information regarding the ticket amount refund.
As a resolution to my complaint I need my ticket amount Rs1350 as a refund.
