Kpn Travels — can't cancel the ticket

I had booked a ticket on 28 march for trivandrum to bangalore on 1may 2019. Ticket no bd[protected]
But unfortunately i have to travel nagercovil for personal reasons

But several times contacted kpn call centre [protected]on 30march for cansalation for the same bs icoudnt able to cancel the ticket on online and they couldn't able to provide altranate solutions

Sir such money will not survive
