Hi, i'm a regular user of kpn bus service. I travel from bangalore to villupuram (My home town) every alternative week. Driver (Name : denied to reveal, picture attached) wanting money to make a stop over everytime. When i questioned him he was abusive and told the bus is taking an alternative root and dropped me off way from the town. This wasn't the first time the driver was abusive. He also picks up passenger on the way. Please find below details of my travel
