Kpn Travels — failed booking but money deducted from account | |||||
I booked 2 tickets (Seat nos 3 and 4) from bangalore to trichy for travel on 15-jan-2019 with mobile number[protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. An amount of rs 1512 was deducted from my account using netbanking. But after the money deduction the site never returned back with success response and the ticket was not booked. I have repeated the booking later with the mobile number[protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com and the booking went through. So the money got deducted twice. Kindly make arrangements to refund the money for my failed transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||||
