Kpn Travels — money refund for cancelled trip

I had booked a ticket to bangalore madiwala from chennai in the name of ms usha on 23rd dec 2019. But on 23 rd i got a call from kpn stating that the trip had been canceled and the money will b refunded. But i haven’t got the money yet.
