Kpn Travels — Poor bus maintenance Bus no. PY 01 BH 9299 Travel dt. 20.02.2016 | |||||
I have undertaken the travel in the subject bus from Madurai to Chennai. When I booked the ticket I was told the journey will take about 9 hrs. But reached Koyambedu after 11 hrs. Reason- driver told the break is not working.There is no cleaner also with the vehicle. Mine is single berth after driver seat.
