Dear Concern, First time app disbursed payment then I had done repayment on time but when second time i am trying to apply then my loan showing approved but not getting credit. I want to know that why you guys are made complicated for re apply the same. Process get stuck at the stage of DIGIO process. When i applied for first time at that time DIGIO process was not there. I made a payment on 24th september through mobikwik against my pertaining loan..amount has been debited, but it didn't reflected. later on I got a msg from mobikwik saying the intiation of my refund on 26th sep.its been like two months till now no update on the refund.Niether the mobikwik or kreditbee repond to the mail or calls..

I am using a kreditbee app before 8 months to... I am pay a repayment amount time to time. Its a good app. Recently i take a loan from kreditbee app thorw its sowing a 8000 amount credit to u r account, still not create amount ti my account but its showing a repayment date.
