I have done my over due payment after that the customer care of kreditbee was calling to me again and again for over due. I complete my payment 25 march 2019 at 07:47 pm after that he again call to me for overdue payment. The kredit bee app not shown any pending payment. But tje customer executive call for overdue. After that i call to toll free number of kredit bee he say that not overdue payment was pending. All payments are clear

Please solve this problem.

      Sir I had taken loan of rs 2200 vide kreditbee app and i repaid it on time the money had been deducted from my account as i had repaid using internetbanking and is showing that the transaction has been made to he said account but in app still it is showing that i had to repay the amount and day by day the penalty is adding on principle amount I had e mailed and also contacted the help forum of app but nothing had been done in this regard Still after repaing the money back the app is reporing to cibil about non payment This issue is about 3 days old i.e. 3 days the app promoters are adding up the late fee Kindly resolve the matter I shall be highly thankfull to you

      Pathetic services from you guys, I raised so many concerns and complaints about the services and behavior received by your employees which was not at all customer centric, It looks like local street finance guy I am dealing with I hope to get response back or I will raise consumer complaint and to CEO as well.

          Hi,
          I buy a loan from kreditbee app rs. 7400 only after 7 days i repayment rs. 8280.98 amount via sbi net banking. But not clear my loan also daily rs 100 penalty charged.

          Customer care person said amount not credit, repay the full amount. But amount debit my sbi account i attached proof.

          Also i speak to sbi call center peron, the person said the amount the credit & confirm.

          What i do.

            While repaying their emi, there were 3 payments made on october 1, 2018
            I. E. First two (Mobikwik gateway) were not received by then but deducted from my account. (2x ₹1534.98)
            Next payment which was made by my debit card (₹1522), which was successful from both the end.

            So the refund of ₹3044 is pending from their side since october 2018. (6months)
            They supported in helping for some days, but refund hasn't reflected by them yet.
            I'm complaining here because they have stopped replying my emails nor helping to get back my refund

                Friends! Agar aapko koi bhi ya kisi bhi parkar ki pareshani/dikkat aa rhi h to sidhe be-jhijak hokar police station/cyber crime me bat kare aur apni pareshani/dikkat bataye.
                Inka yahi solution h. Jab tak aap complaint nhi karoge. Tab tak sudhar nhi hoga. Complaint karne ke liye google se aapko number mil jayenge.
                Agar aise fraud se bachna h to yahi ek rasta h. Dusra koi nhi, koi bhi nhi.

                  I have been trying to repay the loan for the past 2 days.its there technical glitch showing that we are not able to reach receiver servers ..I sent mails with screenshots but I didn't get any response and they simply charging late fee to me ..it's very disgusting they don't have communicative line to reach them..please help me

                      Sir i want to repay my due loan amount in favour of kreditbee banglore but there is not supporting to me by kreditbee to deposit my due loan amount on due date. Please help me to how can i connect with kreditbee banglore to repayment of my loan. I am ready to pay but they are not supporting to me to deposit there payment. To day is due date of loan amount if they not connect with me online in this regard i would not be responsible for any further issues.

                        I have taken a small amount of loan from kreditbee and they have credited the loan amount in my account by cutting of including tax and processing fee. After some days I have done repayment of kreditbee but these people are not updating in CIBIL and for that my CIBIL score affected low. kindly help out me from this problem.

                          Mene kreditbee ki kisi service ko use nhi kiya fir b muje 2233 rs payment dene ke liye kyu pareshan kiya ja raha hai?? 8 din se pareshan kr rkha h kreditbee walo ne. Mene koi service, koi facility na hi use ki, na hi mene koi service ya loan ke liye apply kiya to mujee bina bat ka pesa kyu manga ja rha hai. KreditBee has the option to transfer money through online but whenever I made payment through online they never update my payment and never respond my phone calls, whatsapp messages. Because of their delay I lost my cibil score every time. Very irresponsible company.

                              I have taken loan of 8k on 13th november 2018. Loan account no. Is kb181113iwcku. And it's repay date is 28th november 2018.

                              In my mistake i have payed rs. 8204.21 two times from two different accounts.
                              Please do refund on any account which repay not confirmed. Please do some on this matter that regards me from this problem.

                              While making repayment this morning 08.01.2019 amount of 8204.21 was debited in my account DOUBLE the time...for my LOAN account no KB181227.

                              Its very worse & they need to refund the wrongly debited amount 10 to 15 working days..

They give me threat over phone that they will submit freaud case against me. I have never give them any documents to them for loan purpose but i check my bank account they have credit money to my account. I am a lower class family man & my income is also very small. I have a girl child aged 2 yrs. I am scared about this matter & i have no money to repay their loan amount.                                     Hello sir my kreditbee amount already paid. But again asking me. Please check and confirm me. I will receiveing massages once you check and confirm me sir. I lost my mobile phone so i took another number so before that i paid amount. I will surely inform you sir. Kindly solve my problem. As early as possible. Kredibee people are not responding properly. I did a call to them so many times. The number is always busy with work. My kreditbee app is not opening how am approach to them. Sir kreditbee is short term loans company. They are giving loans but am repayed at the same time. But am receiving the massags from the kreditbee. Please help me.

                                      I paid on Dec 1st full loan amount but up till now not updated in kredit bee every day charging so much of penalty.so please find and rectify its not my problem please solve it and update soon. I took 3000rs loan.

                                      Dear Mr Abhishek,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that today morning I have visited my Bank and spoke to them in regards with the payment refund and they said that no payment from Kreditbee have been initiated and no where found in bank suspense account.

                                      The ARN reference number for the refund is :75503728349025349955481 provided by you is forge and no record id been found in banking system.

                                      Need proper explanation on my payment as I am totally upset and disturbed.

                                      Please refund my payment as soon as possible.
