KreditBee App — I had repaid the money but still it is not reflecting in app

I had taken loan of rs 2200 vide kreditbee app and i repaid it on time the money had been deducted from my account as i had repaid using internetbanking and is showing that the transaction has been made to he said account but in app still it is showing that i had to repay the amount and day by day the penalty is adding on principle amount
I had e mailed and also contacted the help forum of app but nothing had been done in this regard
Still after repaing the money back the app is reporing to cibil about non payment
This issue is about 3 days old i.e. 3 days the app promoters are adding up the late fee
Kindly resolve the matter
