[Resolved]  KreditBee — full payment of loan, then penalty

My name is shiraz alam. My loan number is kb180924jeczx. My mobile number is [protected]. I would like to tell you that i took the loan on 24/09/2018, which i paid on date 20/10/2018. At that time, the total amount due was rs 3822, while i had paid rs 3882. I. E. Paid more than 60 rupees. After that, i get a confirmation of loan closer through mail, then after 2 days, there is a notice of penalties in my account, whose complaint i have given to kredit bee via phone and mail. But no action was taken. So you have a request to get rid of this solution.
