[Resolved] KreditBee — harassment for taking loan

Hi,
I have taken a loan of rs.4000 after gst and other deduction it came around 3800. My amount is overdue because i can't able to pay the amount over kreditbee app as it is not opening, it seems like they blocked my account. I constantly tried to call the customer service team to resolve the issue or to suggest the alternate payment method but instead of helping me they are blaming me that i am intentionally doing it. Recently they sent me a legal notice given me 7 days time to repay. Please help me i am upset and angry over the service

But this is my sister num .. I don’t know abt this payment should be paid from my Gpay.. money was deducted.. can u pls send my amount back

I Have Taken the loan Amount Of 3500 and Payed the amount delay with interest but after paying the out standing the amount has been updated not payed in CIBIL
