I am akshay bhosale had taken loan of 15k from kreditbee application, i have paid my installment of 5308rs on 5th april but i still do not received any confirmation message from kreditbee side of payment. I had mailed all transactions detail to helpline mail but none of kreditbee members have responded yet and they have charged me penalty. This is not a good way to treat the customers, i have paid the installment on time.

    I have done my over due payment after that the customer care of kreditbee was calling to me again and again for over due. I complete my payment 25 march 2019 at 07:47 pm after that he again call to me for overdue payment. The kredit bee app not shown any pending payment. But tje customer executive call for overdue. After that i call to toll free number of kredit bee he say that not overdue payment was pending. All payments are clear

      Sir I had taken loan of rs 2200 vide kreditbee app and i repaid it on time the money had been deducted from my account as i had repaid using internetbanking and is showing that the transaction has been made to he said account but in app still it is showing that i had to repay the amount and day by day the penalty is adding on principle amount I had e mailed and also contacted the help forum of app but nothing had been done in this regard Still after repaing the money back the app is reporing to cibil about non payment This issue is about 3 days old i.e. 3 days the app promoters are adding up the late fee Kindly resolve the matter I shall be highly thankfull to you

      Pathetic services from you guys, I raised so many concerns and complaints about the services and behavior received by your employees which was not at all customer centric, It looks like local street finance guy I am dealing with I hope to get response back or I will raise consumer complaint and to CEO as well.

My amount is overdue because i can't able to pay the amount over kreditbee app as it is not opening, it seems like they blocked my account. I constantly tried to call the customer service team to resolve the issue or to suggest the alternate payment method but instead of helping me they are blaming me that i am intentionally doing it.           I buy a loan from kreditbee app rs. 7400 only after 7 days i repayment rs. 8280.98 amount via sbi net banking. But not clear my loan also daily rs 100 penalty charged.

          Customer care person said amount not credit, repay the full amount. But amount debit my sbi account i attached proof.

          Also i speak to sbi call center peron, the person said the amount the credit & confirm.

            While repaying their emi, there were 3 payments made on october 1, 2018
            I. E. First two (Mobikwik gateway) were not received by then but deducted from my account. (2x ₹1534.98)
            Next payment which was made by my debit card (₹1522), which was successful from both the end.

            So the refund of ₹3044 is pending from their side since october 2018. (6months)
            They supported in helping for some days, but refund hasn't reflected by them yet.
            I'm complaining here because they have stopped replying my emails nor helping to get back my refund

                Inka yahi solution h. Jab tak aap complaint nhi karoge. Tab tak sudhar nhi hoga. Complaint karne ke liye google se aapko number mil jayenge.

                      Sir i want to repay my due loan amount in favour of kreditbee banglore but there is not supporting to me by kreditbee to deposit my due loan amount on due date.                         This is my loan id: kb181229ctlro. My due date 13/01/2019 is over.. Some my situation am not pay correct time. Surely i will pay within 21/01/2019 with penalty charges.                           Mene kreditbee ki kisi service ko use nhi kiya fir b muje 2233 rs payment dene ke liye kyu pareshan kiya ja raha hai?? 8 din se pareshan kr rkha h kreditbee walo ne. Mene koi service, koi facility na hi use ki, na hi mene koi service ya loan ke liye apply kiya to mujee bina bat ka pesa kyu manga ja rha hai. Mai kyu du 2233 rs jb mene kuch b service use nhi ki kredit bee ki.
                          This is the third time I am facing this issue.. KreditBee has the option to transfer money through online but whenever I made payment through online they never update my payment and never respond my phone calls, whatsapp messages. Because of their delay I lost my cibil score every time. Very irresponsible company.

                              Hi, i am ravi dineshbhai kachhadiya. I am your regular customer in your kreditbee company. I have created account on my mobile no. :- [protected] and email address :- [protected]@gmail.com.

                              I have taken loan of 8k on 13th november 2018. Loan account no. Is kb181113iwcku. And it's repay date is 28th november 2018.

                              In my mistake i have payed rs. 8204.21 two times from two different accounts.
                              Please do refund on any account which repay not confirmed. Please do some on this matter that regards me from this problem.

                              I have taken 8000 short term loan from kredit bee on 01/12/18 for 15 days. After that i repayment that amount on 15th Dec. When i paid that amount i got confirmation from msg but app is not showing that payment. I talk with kredit bee customer care & mailed him they are telling after24hrs will updated .
                              I am not able to pay online phone problem or internet problem kindly suggest how to repay my loan
                              While making repayment this morning 08.01.2019 amount of 8204.21 was debited in my account DOUBLE the time...for my LOAN account no KB181227.

                              Its very worse & they need to refund the wrongly debited amount 10 to 15 working days..

                              I need immediate help to recover my wrongly debited amount immediately
