I want to repay my due loan amount in favour of KreditBee. the app has been disappeared in my mobile so I could not connect with KreditBee.all attempt has failed to connect with him this company' sending me only demand message & penalty message but not supporting to repayment...

Sir i want to repay my due loan amount in favour of kreditbee banglore but there is not supporting to me by kreditbee to deposit my due loan amount on due date. Please help me to how can i connect with kreditbee banglore to repayment of my loan. I am ready to pay but they are not supporting to me to deposit there payment. First time app disbursed payment then I had done repayment on time but when second time i am trying to apply then my loan showing approved but not getting credit. I want to know that why you guys are made complicated for re apply the same. Process get stuck at the stage of DIGIO process. When i applied for first time at that time DIGIO process was not there.

Me loan ek din pehle hi paid kar diya hai. Lakin aap ki application me kuch technical problem aa jane ki vajah se error aa gaya tha mene for se try kiya to 48 hours me recovery ho jayegi ya fir 7 working days me account me vapas aa jayenge.
