[Resolved] KreditBee — I am unable to login through facebook

I was trying to login to repay loan amount but the app is not supporting and I can't able to login to repay, I sent mails no reply, I tried to call but that number is busy always, I don't know what to do now, I did a mistake by taking loan from kreditbee, I have to repay 5074, i am having money but how to repay, , there is no other option to repay. Please help me to overcome from this issue, my cibil score will affect because of this worst company app.

My name is Sumedh deepak adsule mob no [protected]. i have been charged twice for the same loan no KB1811011GDF. i have closed my loan no KB1811011GDF on 17th nov 2018 transaction id[protected] but today on 19th nov 2018 my account is auto debited for the same loan no KB1811011GDF...
i request kreditbee to refund it.

Loan id KB181109GBNER. Money disbursed on November 9th 2018, but not shown in the app/account and in repayment tab there is a a message that shows there is no active loans.so I am unable to repay that same. Hoping you will update the same

This is Mahesh I have taken loan when am making repayment but on my kreditbee App it's not loading repayment how to pay this is my last day to avoid due
R it's possible for auto debit it's better
