[Resolved] KreditBee — im complaining about unethical behaviour | |||
I took loan from Kredit bee near about 30k and 5th was my EMI date. I was having some financial issue due to which I was unable to pay on 5th. From 4th onwards I used to get IVR calls with frequency of an hour in a day and 3 times call by Customer care guy asking to pay amount. I missed to pay on 5th. Still I was getting mentally torturing calls . I said i will pay emi within couple of days.Still they were calling n number of times.At 8th (After 3 working days)they send sms to my parents and all references which i mentioned while filling form. The sms contains message which says they made defaulter, blacklisted and also they reported to CIBIL. They also said that they are supposed to sent legal notice and Recovery agent will arrive shortly to recover money at my home or Office address. At 4th i paid emi with penalty. As of now loan is closed. I paid all the emi. Is this a way to act? I missed the1st emi and too it was 3 working days. The amount was 30k. I was really irritated with calls, mail & messages.
