KreditBee — loan repayment refund not initiated | |||
While repaying their emi, there were 3 payments made on october 1, 2018 I. E. First two (Mobikwik gateway) were not received by then but deducted from my account. (2x ₹1534.98) Next payment which was made by my debit card (₹1522), which was successful from both the end. So the refund of ₹3044 is pending from their side since october 2018. (6months) They supported in helping for some days, but refund hasn't reflected by them yet. I'm complaining here because they have stopped replying my emails nor helping to get back my refund Was this information helpful? | |||
