KreditBee — loan status showing as disbursed but no amount reflected in my account | |||
My name is niket shah and my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com I had applied for a loan on kreditbee 2 days ago. It was approved and showing in disbursed state in the app but the amount hasn't yet reflected in my account. Neither their customer care is responsive, neither their e-mail is responsive. No complaints are taken. I had taken loans from the same in the past and have repayed way before time. Can an explanation be given as the amount reflects disbursed and not reflecting in account.
