[Resolved] KreditBee — repayment of loan amount due done on time but still pending and message comes paid it again.

Respevtive sir/madam,

I have taken short term loan fro kredibee app i. E. 5000 (In hand 4493 rupees) rupees in sum. The period of 15 days. Its repayment date was 12.10.2018. Also, i paid (5074 rupees) repayment on the same date.

But reply came out from kreditbee your loan amount not received and you have applied a penalty for this.
I have also an attached screenshot of payment done via bhim app which was applicable to make repayment for kredibee.
Yesterday i have got the message your payment is received by us and now today again a message came from them please pay the due amount.

Kindly look into the matter.

I've taken 5000 loan ftom Kreditbee.but whenever I'm trying to make a repayment I can't.there's some issues that's why I can't make infact my application is not opening.what can I fo my due charges are increasing day by day.

I have taken 3000 short term loan on 28 sep 2018 for 15 days after that i repayment that amount on 12 oct 2018 when i paid that amount i hot confirmation from bank but msg, mail and app is not showing that payment . I have send the mail regarding payment issue but they have not replied yet . So please look at this solve . Its harrasing me
