I have made the payment though merchant webite through mobikwik gate way but some how its hang on after all process without redrict to show sucessfull then my amount got deducted plz help me

    assessment statutory

    I have been repaying the money on time so what's there for this...
    Is this some kind of joke.. I also maked them mail and they never reply.. Also i tried to call them but their number is always busy...

    What wrong have i done.. Is that that i have always paid on time... I have taken taken loans almost more than 10 times and this is what they are giving me... It is 15 business days time and 10 business times... And asking...

    Me bhaskar loan taken fom kreditbee on 1 october 1500 rs loan on 15th october my repayment day till company has not deducted amount from bank account now company says pay with penalty what to do now and kreditbee personal loan app too is not appearing on my android phone to repayment on loan taken from company i want to repay my loan amt so plz help me to solve this problem
    I was paid my kreditbee lone through bhim upi in my account amount is dedicated but in kreditbee it's paid please help me sir
    Am not using kreditbee but it's showing I have a debt with them...

    Iam repay my loan amount on time in three times.But no use to me.i am apply 3000 but still pending my loan approved the losn agreement before 3 days but still pending the disbursed amont. plzzzz disbursed the amount
    Tried to make payment through Rs 5074 as repayment the app is not working ...tried their website not working giving an error code 404. Sent them several emails on this no reply since yesterday...now tell me how to make the repayment.Its not my fault...

      Despite being fair with these guys and repaying their loans on time this is what i get when i open the app for another loan availing :

      "your profile has been identified for statutory reassessment which may take up to 15 days. Please revisit your account after 15 days to continue availing loans. Thank you for your patience."

      Why am i supposed to be reassessed? Have i done some sort of crime by taking loan from...

      I Lakshmi R [protected] my contact no took loan of rs 5000 from kredit bee last 15days days back and i repaid it on 14th october from my brother account because i didnt knew that while repaying convicing fee would be there due to insufficient amount of rs 50 it was not taking the amount and i had enterd all my account details of debit card.. due to that i repaid amount through my brother's debit card. After a day i put amount to my account and my amount of rs 5127 two times means total amount of rs 10, 254 gone & amount taken or tranferd by Kreditbee payment mode of MOBIKWIK. Please make refund of my amount of Rs.10, 254.

        I taken loan 5000 rupees before 15 days and payment paid 13/10/2018 and it is not reflect in company account and panaly isued today 100 rupee and i will attached my state bank of india it my bank statement i attached and i also sent mail kredit bee and i was many time i was paid many installment in this compnay that time payment easily reflect but this not reflect. Please solve my problem

          Respevtive sir/madam,

          I have taken short term loan fro kredibee app i. E. 5000 (In hand 4493 rupees) rupees in sum. The period of 15 days. Its repayment date was 12.10.2018. Also, i paid (5074 rupees) repayment on the same date.

          But reply came out from kreditbee your loan amount not received and you have applied a penalty for this.
          I have also an attached screenshot of payment done via bhim app which...

          I have been trying to call customer care but completely unable to reach out to them. Their number seems unreachable.

            Iam pankaj kumar behera having registered mobile number is [protected] with kredit bee apps. I have applied for a loan dated 12/09/2018 and i got rs 1500 loan amount, next day dated 13/09/2018 i had repayment the loan through kotat mahindra upi and my upi reference no. Is[protected], my amount is deducted from my account but it not reflex in kredit bee apps and also no confirmation mail i got.

              Respected sir,
              With due respect i, nitin kumar, would like to state that i made a loan payment of rs 5086.98 on 22nd of august, 2018 at 1:31am. From the company app.
              The payment was shown successful at that time itself. But since then the recipient i. E the kreditbee loan payment foundation is claiming that they have not received the payment. I have sent them the screenshot of the payment slip but they are still trying and proving me wrong by saying that the payment is not received by them. And are asking me to contact the bank which i have done many a times and been told that the recipient has received the payment.
              I am attaching few document proofs with this mail to assure you that the payment is done from my side.
              Please help me regarding the matter by checking if the payment is received by the kreditbee.

                Sir i have taken 3000 amount loan my repayment date is 7 October but unfortunately it was Sunday
                I paid with fine on 8 October but app is accepting and customer care people give kreditbee account number that people said paid through this account we will update in your account but still 2 days they don't update
                App showing day fine still
                I trying to call customer care and sending massage to that number on WhatsApp
                But their are not responding

                    There is no option of repayment at website as well as in their app after getting all the information about banking, instead of going next level page, its gone to previous page of payment details, i had tried so many times but all time i didn't get the solution. This company is forcefully charged us daily penalty. Then why should we pay the extra? This company not provide any type of customer support as well as they provide only single number which was always engage. Nobody is there to listen our complaint or problem? To whom we inform the same? They don't resolve any type of queries, lot of complaints are registered in this forum. Kindly find and resolve the query.

                      I have paid the loan amount of 8130/- in zaakpay mobiwiki...but it has become error amount has been debited from account...so return my amount immediately as soon as possible r make the transaction successful...my upi transaction Id is[protected]..I have paid my loans on time...so plz make the transaction successful today... since I have no extra money to clear...
                      I have done my loan payment amount from the kreditbee app money has been deducted from my account but I don't get any message from kreditbee bee relating loan closing...so please kindly process my request as soon as possible my loan closing date is tomorrow please do it as soon as possible...customer care number is also getting busy every time...

                        This is to inform you that, i had taken rs. 1500/- as short term loan from kredit bee on 24th august for 15 days. The payment due date was 8/09/2018 but i have already paid it on 05/08/2018. After payment the total outstanding amount i got a confirmation massage & confirmation mail from kredit bee that payment has been made by me successfully but the app is not showing that updated figure and it is still showing due and also overdue for 3 days. I talked with kredit bee customer care repeatedly since last 5 days and they assuring me it will be updated within the day end on everyday. But nobody updating this. So please look at this matter. It's harassing me.
                        Please help me sir because I pay my 5074 loan repayments for kreditbee but not show payment details in kreditbee apps
