I had taken 8000 loan amount from kreditbee.. On dated 4 and 10th of november. Both time my loan was approved but not transferred to my account. Kindly resolve the problem. When i took loan on 4th november they approved.. But on dated 9 nov 2018. They cancelled. Again took the loan on 10th of november.. Approved but not getting till now... Is they making fool...

    Shri khoda ranka, i had taken rs.4500/= short tearm loan from kredit bee on 28th july 2018 for 15 days. But the payment due date 12th august 2018. But i have paid it on 1st august 2018. After payment total outstanding amount i got a confirmation message & confirmation mail from kreedit bee that payment has been made me sussessfully and it has been credit to their bank and that time, i have talk with kreedit bee customar care, they reply me they have got. But it is still showing due and also overdue for 67 days, i talk since last 15 days and they assuring me, it will be updated with the day end, every day, but nobody updating this, please look at this matter, it's harassing me.
    I have paid the loan 07/11/2018 from paytm app my amount is deducted my idbi bank but still not receive any message this site and due date till end today please solve the problem immidiatly
    I applied a loan but what they said is, they is said my loan is approved but it is not credited to my account.it happened on sunday.i have sent an email but no proper reply.i want an explanation.

      I had taken loan of rs 1500 for 15 days. I did paid their repayment fee on 1st november by paytm to their paytm account. But there have no updates in mu kreditbee app and still showing my loan status due in app. I did message and call their customer but they are not giving me any response for that.. My credit score gone to down but they have no idea for this? My registered kreditbee no. Is [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com. And i had paid amount by my paytm no. [protected].

Lakin aap ki application me kuch technical problem aa jane ki vajah se error aa gaya tha mene for se try kiya to 48 hours me recovery ho jayegi ya fir 7 working days me account me vapas aa jayenge. Ab muje kese pata chalega ki recovery ho chuki hai ya nahi. Ek din ka panalty charge bhi laga diya hai. Jub ki mene ek loan ka payment ek din pehle hi paid kar diya hai

            Sir i had took loan on 15th september from kreditbee, the date given to me pay the same amount within 15 days .the criteria given to me that i[censored] not repay the loan amount within given terms and condition, we shall be run penalty of RS10 per day.when i went to log in kreditbee it doesnot accesss .i am unable to log in .when i try to connect with customer care executives through the given no on his site, i didn't got any response, after that when i try to connect through mail also from there i got desparate bcz i didn't got any response .
            after two months a call came from unknown no. and he introduce himself that i am from kreditbee legal team for loan inquiry and hse told me that i am giving account no to pay your loan .
            i want to pay my loan through kreditbeee portal not to any of them account or paytm also .
            support team of kreditbee is totally fek.

After that i repayment that amount 8204.21/ on 13th october when i paid that amount i got confirmation from msg & mail but app is not showing that payment. And my bank txn no.[protected] i talk with kredit bee customer care & mailed him but since 10days no body response me. Regular i got call from kredit bee team and after that same word repeated that as soon as possible i short out this and update app. But no body updating this. So please look at this matter.                 Mein kreditbee se 3000thousand 2 time liya date ke pehele hi repayment kar diya. Uske bad 5000thousand 2 bar lekar v repay kar diya. Lekin mera credit limit nehi baths. Mein help line me call kiya unhone kaha aur ekbar 5000thousand lene ke bad mera limit barr jayega. Aise karte karte 9 time within time repay karne ke bad v credit limit same raha. Ye log 5000thousand loan lene par 4500thousand account me dete hay aur 14days ke bad 5127 thousand lete hay.35 rs. Har din ka late payment charge. Lekin @24% agreement hota hay. Yani 15 days me 1% parta hay. Ye log sab ko loot rahe. Mera job chala gaya mein last wala loan repay nehi karsakta, is liye ye log dinvar call karke paresan karrahe, jabki mein unlogo mera situation written me de diya.

                      I Lakshmi R [protected] my contact no took loan of rs 5000 from kredit bee last 15days days back and i repaid it on 14th october from my brother account because i didnt knew that while repaying convicing fee would be there due to insufficient amount of rs 50 it was not taking the amount and i had enterd all my account details of debit card.. due to that i repaid amount through my brother's debit card. After a day i put amount to my account and my amount of rs 5127 two times means total amount of rs 10, 254 gone & amount taken or tranferd by Kreditbee payment mode of MOBIKWIK. Please make refund of my amount of Rs.10, 254.

                                Respected sir,
                                With due respect i, nitin kumar, would like to state that i made a loan payment of rs 5086.98 on 22nd of august, 2018 at 1:31am. From the company app.
                                The payment was shown successful at that time itself. But since then the recipient i. E the kreditbee loan payment foundation is claiming that they have not received the payment. I have sent them the screenshot of the payment slip but they are still trying and proving me wrong by saying that the payment is not received by them. And are asking me to contact the bank which i have done many a times and been told that the recipient has received the payment.
                                I am attaching few document proofs with this mail to assure you that the payment is done from my side.
                                Please help me regarding the matter by checking if the payment is received by the kreditbee.

                                  Sir i have taken 3000 amount loan my repayment date is 7 October but unfortunately it was Sunday
                                  I paid with fine on 8 October but app is accepting and customer care people give kreditbee account number that people said paid through this account we will update in your account but still 2 days they don't update
                                  App showing day fine still
                                  I trying to call customer care and sending massage to that number on WhatsApp
                                  But their are not responding

                                    Hi,

                                    I have successfully repayed my existing loan amount that was going to be due on 20th of oct, 2018 and after payment i haven't got any message or mail confirming the receipt of the payment.

                                    Please update my status in the app too.

                                    I have been trying to call customer care but completely unable to reach out to them. Their number seems unreachable.

                                      There is no option of repayment at website as well as in their app after getting all the information about banking, instead of going next level page, its gone to previous page of payment details, i had tried so many times but all time i didn't get the solution. This company is forcefully charged us daily penalty. Then why should we pay the extra? This company not provide any type of customer support as well as they provide only single number which was always engage. Nobody is there to listen our complaint or problem? To whom we inform the same? They don't resolve any type of queries, lot of complaints are registered in this forum. Kindly find and resolve the query.

                                        I have paid the loan amount of 8130/- in zaakpay mobiwiki...but it has become error amount has been debited from account...so return my amount immediately as soon as possible r make the transaction successful...my upi transaction Id is[protected]..I have paid my loans on time...so plz make the transaction successful today... since I have no extra money to clear...
                                        I have done my loan payment amount from the kreditbee app money has been deducted from my account but I don't get any message from kreditbee bee relating loan closing...so please kindly process my request as soon as possible my loan closing date is tomorrow please do it as soon as possible...customer care number is also getting busy every time...
