KreditBee — statutory assessment | |||||
Despite being fair with these guys and repaying their loans on time this is what i get when i open the app for another loan availing : "your profile has been identified for statutory reassessment which may take up to 15 days. Please revisit your account after 15 days to continue availing loans. Thank you for your patience." Why am i supposed to be reassessed? Have i done some sort of crime by taking loan from these guys and repaying that on time without being a defaulter even once! And when i write to them, they simply do not reply to my emails plus i have uploaded my real documents on their application and have availed loans for like 5-6 time or maybe more. I want a damn straight answer to this question : "why is my profile under reassessment by the law"? Am i a fraud? Do let me know what you kreditbee guys think of me as!
