[Resolved] KreditBee — This company is worse than Chinese fraud loan apps
When it comes to resolving issues with their credit cards or their instant credits, the have "too much volume of mails" as an excuse for as much as weeks of delay in answering a mail. The response is also repeatedly copy-pasted without reading the history of query. But they have non-stop automated callers and WhatsApp spammers who will endlessly message in the name of "reminders". They even have many fraud illiterate goons who issue threats saying they will call up our contacts. I have been telling them in advance even before the payment due date that this month I am completely out of cash and any average borrower is always afraid of these criminal NBFC goons and would try to sell of some belongings or borrow from someone to repay them. Yet these guys call 20 times in a day and force you to say that you will somehow pay it in 2 days. In 2 days where will we suddenly get money from? If we had such sources easily available why will anyone be paying such day-light robbery amounts of interest that these crook financiers charge?
First and foremost thing is that I DO NOT have the money to pay it this month. Second, my phone is needed for my official purposes and if my work is severely impacted due to keeping the phone off or silent just because I am SPAMMED with nuisance calls from the idiot recovery goons of your company, then how am I to do my job and EARN to be repaying your god forsaken loan? These scoundrels themselves frustrate people to the point of actually going on the offensive and say they won't pay now given this company doesn't want to acknowledge that repayment right now is NOT possible. It is not just limited to calls but 20 text messages and 50 WhatsApp messages from dozens of private numbers.
In addition I can see that this company has been a repeat offender in updating CIBIL about any customer's completion of all payments.
If my life has been made hell by these people over a 10-day delay I can only imagine how much they would have tortured those who are in much worse situations and could not pay for 2 or 3 months. I think all grieved victims of this criminal company should write to RBI as well as to CIBIL to blacklist this company.
