I am receiving unwanted calls and SMS and WhatsApp messages multiple times in a day from Kreditbee despite me telling their call center people that I am not interested in their loan and asked to delete my number. This is harrasment and mental torture. STOP SENDING ANY COMMUNICATION TO ME IMMEDIATELY.

My friend has taken loan of 30000 or something from kreditbee hand his last 2 emi is due.so today i got whatsapp msg notice of full amount.and after i received call from kredit bee executive.and that saying me to your guaranter and you will also receive notice.and she using bad language to me.so i record that how the way she talk to customer.i know the notice is fake.but it is very bad impression about kreditbee.i am filling police complaint on company and executive she talked me. And sending fake notice of full amount where the actual amont is 11000. Abusers number[protected],[protected].i was refrence but she call me guarantor.i know lay very well.

I am receiving "n" number of calls everyday from kreditbee to my phone number [protected], I am not looking for any loans now or in futurefrom Kreditbee. Please put my number in DND.
Also, kindly remove all my data from your system.
I am a busy finance professional, Extremely frustrated with the continuous marketing Calls from Kreditbee. Not sure if there is a way to control this. They are disturbing and irritating me 2-4 times a day with the same marketing calls from different different numbers . I honestly don't need anything from Kreditbee except the liberation from their irritating calls. I feel pity about my own situation. I don't know how they got my number and they are spamming almost every half-a-day.

Hi, Kreditbee is doing so much bad harrasment with me and my reference contact. They are giving cheap threat messages on whatsapp group and sending on reference number.

Hi...this is to inform u that today I have received a message from kreditbee that person named DADA HAYATH has taken a loan of 5000(loan id KB210217BRTYV) and he has given my number as a reference.
This is to inform u that I am not aware of this...and I don't know who is this person and moreover I have not received any verification call from kredit bee while he was registering my number as a reference contact...
So plz look into this matter and i don't want to receive any calls or messages from kredit bee as I am not involved in it...

Hi I am Shubham badjatya I have taken loan from kredit bee in which I have already paid there 1 EMI after that my financial conditions got affected due to loss in business by which I was not able to pay their remaining amount but now their customer executive calling me continues and harassing me and hacked my data and my contacts and and doing misuse of it also spoiling my social image as nobody has a right to hack someone personal data and misuse it as per the IT Act so I asked you to take appropriate action on kredit bee company

I have written this email to notify you that. My name is Mohan Maggo and i have a active loan account with Kreditbee before covid pandemic lockdown. In March 2019 i lost my job and i was going through with depression issues. I was total into mental disturbance, i have no job at this point of time since 3 year's. I already explained my situation to the Kreditbee before and in recent times. But they are not going to understand. They are calling my references, family members and friends asking to repay the loan. They sent illegal court messages on whatsapp on daily basis. I already told them that I would need atleast 3 months for repayment of loan. But they are not understanding and doing so much Harrasment.

I'm recieving daily calls every hour from morning 8 am till 9 or 9:30 pm sometimes asking me to take the loan. I'm not interested in any of their services and I didn't subscribed for their services. Please stop bugging me. I have blocked numbers but still receiving calls from new numbers.

Hi Team,

You are doing so much cheaper things and you are sending legal court messages on my reference. I would like to let you know that. We are forwarding and filing case against your company and we are going to CBI by tomorrow morning. My relatives are very disappoint with the cheap services. Now i will be involving CBI in this matter.

Hello! I DO NOT need any LOANS. I repeat, I DO NOT NEED A LOAN. Please stop bugging me. This is pathetic. You have no concern for the privacy of the consumers. And you're computer-generated calls are unbearably persistent. Please STOP CALLING ME. AGAIN! I DO NOT NEED A LOAN.

Hey... Kreditbee, please don't bother me unnecessarily. If I wanted anything, I'll contact you from my side. So please don't disturb regularly, it's irritating.

I have never applied for any loan from them I don’t know how they got my number or what they’ve done to have it.
But they even text me on WhatsApp and call me a million times with a million numbers every single day. I block so many number and now my block list is full. I can’t block number anymore because of their scam calls and messages that I keep getting every single day. I don’t want their calls I don’t want anyone to keep calling me. It’s like harassing me with calls back to back where If I don’t pick they keep calling again and again and even messages. Forget about normal messages. They’re in WhatsApp now and they send messages on WhatsApp too. Can u please stop this. I don’t want anymore calls on my number.

I would like to inform you few things, kindly take it very seriously.

My name is Debjani Chakraborty, I have taken a loan from kreditbee my registered number is [protected]. My due date for EMI was 11th August and today is 12th August, yesterday I received a call from a recovery agent and I informed him I will pay the EMI on Monday, he dropped the call. Today morning I received a call from another recovery agent, he is just a rude, uneducated and unethical person, just to let you know whom you are giving the files to talk to your customers. He first taken 3 wrong names after calling "kya mai saheen se baat kar raha hu?" I said no wrong number. Called again saying "kya mai Leela behen se baat kar raha hu?" I said wrong number again! Again called me asking, "aapne kreditbee se loan liya tha woh yaad hai ya woh bhi bhul gaye?" I said maintain some manner and speak, he is more rude on call saying "kidhar rehte ho batao mai aata hu Ghar pe ek file leke" he means where I stay he will come with a file, I asked him what file. He said in that document you have to sign that you will pay it in one shot, I said it was 3 months EMI why should I pay in one shot, he said I told him earlier, but was talking to that stranger for the first time. Then angrily replied how dare you talk like that, why should I give you my address, and it is just one day yesterday was the due date, he asked where are you from? Oh you are from Tripura? Let me come there and show you!!

This was the conversation with him, now you tell me, this kind of people you give job to? He was literally giving me treat that he will show me! What he is going to show me? My mistake is I didn't record the call, then my husband called him saying why did you speak such language to my wife, he refused everything on call, but I am sharing the recording of my husband and the agent's conversation, you will find many miss match in his own statement.

Now, Sir/Mam, I want immediate action on this mail and that agent, I will wait for 3 days if you don't take any action I will FIR against him and file a case against Kreditbee. This is a request to take serious action against this person immediately.

Kindly don't say that we need proof, before giving the handover of files to those uneducated people only after one day of the due date, you should have thought it. I am not a 2-3 years defaulter, and not even taken loan of lacs. Worst experience with kreditbee.
