[Resolved] KreditBee — unnecessary statutory assessment

Please revisit your account after 15 days to continue availing loans. Thank you for your patience." Why am I supposed to be reassessed? Have I done some sort of crime by taking loan from these guys and repaying that on time without being a defaulter even once! And when I write to them, they simply do not reply to my emails plus I have uploaded my real documents on their application and have availed loans for like 2-3 time or maybe more. I want a damn straight answer to this question : "why is my profile under reassessment by the law" ? Am I a fraud? Do let me know what you Kreditbee guys think of me as!
