Loan repayment

I repaid my loan Emi amount also deducted from my bank account . but in Kreditzy app it still shows pending .. I tried to reach customer care number but no response .. Then even mailed them and they only gave me ticket number 318613. and then no one came to help me .....

        On the above subject i took 5000 loan in kreditzy. Now i am unable to pay the loan amount return because of lockdown. So now they are torchuring to repay the loan amount.in current situation i cannot repay the loan amount which is borrowed by me from the kreditzy. Now they are doubling their interest for that loan.
        How can we pay the loan amount in the current situation. So please kindly solve the problem of mine. I have suffered many problems because of them. They have been hacked my contact list and also giving torcher to my friends and family members. So please help me by solving these problems.
