Hi Krish Icon,

With immense displeasure I am writing this mail to you. I along with my elder brother have purchased 2 units from you in the month of Dec 2022 (flat C-1012/ C-1013).

I am a serving Army officer. We have done all the formalities of purchase of flats but since the money has been handed over including the meter installation there is no support at all from the Krish representatives. No one is picking up the phone calls and also not responding to any of the messages also (We were in touch of Mr. Pawan and Mr. Ankur). This is showing a demeaning picture of the group and sends a bad message to the community.

It's been seven months now and the flat is not on rent yet (it's a straight financial loss) which is exactly opposite of the statement which was been given at the time of purchase.

In view of above, I request any of your representative to contact us and do the formalities which includes electricity and necessary lighting to be installed (Agreed before flat purchase) so that the flat can be put up on rent.

    Hi Krish Icon,

    I am requesting to please look into handover formalities for the flat C-1012/ C-1013 which includes electricity and necessary lighting to be installed as agreed to put the flat on rent
    (Agreed before flat purchase).

    The flats were purchased back on 8th december 2022 and I have not received any email pertaining to necessary checks to be done before handover. Is this how you deal in corporate sector?

    Also to add, I initially thought of investing more in near future projects. But considering the service provided I will restrain all my future investment from Krish Icon Group.
    I will further check, at-least people who i knew in corporate will not invest in Krish Icon. Because the value and standard is demeaning (All commitments are opposite reality).

    *People are asking me to take my flat on rental. Absence of the basic infrastructure, The flat cannot be put on rental. I am already outstation and requested a lot of times to fix these issues.
    I think 8 months is huge amount of time.

    Already there is a loss of more than 8 months rental on property. The meter after payment is already installed on both flats. My Request is to close the gap ASAP.

        Please help us, I have paid 125000 lacs to Krish Group Icon for purchasing flat, but due to my family problems I cannot afford to purchase assist. I also Told him to customer care no from KRISH GROUP on mail and phone call but there side any response. So kindly help for this metter.

          Hi Team, I have booked a unit in Krish Group ICON project on 29th Jan 2023 and I paid the Rs 11, 000/- just as an initial deposit based on commitment of builder that we will refund the amount in case I cancel the unit.

          On the next day, I decided to cancel the unit because builder was pressuring me to pay the initial 5% deposit of flat amount Rs 16, 00, 000/- otherwise they will cancel the unit.

          On the same day i.e. on 30th Jan, I have dropped an email to builder for cancelling o[censored]nit because I can't arrange the fund so early and ask builder to process my refund after deducting the amount as per their company policy.

          They simply denied to pay any amount and even after continuously chasing with them to pay the remaining amount they are not ready to pay anything.

          Please see attached paid receipt & application form as a proof of confirmation.

          Also, please note that the application form T&Cs are not applicable for my unit because as per builder its applicable only for commercial unit and this also written on top of the application form T&Cs.

          Please help me to get my refund back as its my hard earn money and can't leave just like this.

          Thanks and looking forward your help to resolve this issue ASAP.

            I am having lot of maintenance issue along with payment issue and they are charginh a lot without any notoficaion

            I tried to contact to mr sachin, mr amit vidharathi, mam anju, mr raju, mr ajay but no one is responding.

            Could you please look into it.

              Iam Pavithran, i have Colocasia cultivation . And it have some problems, day by day colocasia leaves turning yellow and it decaying. I don’t know what to do so i contact pothukal krishi bhavan(C742+5JC, Munderi Rd, Pothukal, Kerala 679334) and they neglect to help me. They are refuse to vist site.                 This complaint about Estate Manager Mr. Himanshu Sharma.

                I visited to my flat on 30th May 2022 and I noticed that Door Lock of Main door is not working, i informed to estate manager about this, he assured me that he will replace the same but door lock we have to purchase.

                I lives in Delhi and i am not aware the rate of product and market so i asked him to get it replace and i forwarded 3200/- Rs. on 31st May 2022 to buy Door Lock.

                I again visited to flat for paint the house but door lock was not replaced till 18th July 2022.

                I am regularly calling and asking whether the lock is replaced or not and send me pic of the new door lock place, but he is making excuses every day but nothing is done till date.

                Please give me an appropriate solution else i need to go with other step.

                    Dear Sir/Madam
                    We booked a residential unit no-A1in Krish City Heights on main Alwar Road Bhiwandi, Tapukara, Alwar Rajasthan.
                    This was booked in Dec 2012. It was promised that this flat will be handed over within 18-24 months. We paid rupees 226, 163 and waited long for construction to start.
                    But to our surprise even after two years, the company was not able to get a clearance certificate.

                    Then we went to your Gurgaon office and requested for refund but was denied and we were forced to either continue with the project or switch to an expensive ongoing project.

                    For the past few years, we have been trying to get the refund of the booked amount for the property mentioned in this chain of mails but all in vain.
                    We waited for the project to start as mentioned but it was delayed for 5 years which a pretty long time.
                    Now in this Pandemic state, we need money but still, I am looking for a better option so that my hard-earned money is not lost.
                    Can I be given some better options to switch this booking to a near Gurgaon project with relaxed norms?
                    Please let me know as soon as possible.

                      As per the covid-19 standard operating procedures, the maintenance team is not acting responsibly to do their respective duties.

                      This is regarding the accessibility of milkman to come and deliver daily milk as essential services, the security personnel rather than performing their duties to check temperature (Using thermal scanner) and providing sanitizer, which they do for every incoming visitor, they are making a herd / crowd of milkmen on the gate adjacent to main entrance this is causing a more risk for spreading the covid-19 as it is a free passage.

                      The same is applied to the lpg gas cylinder van and other services like courier etc., which is leading to daily humiliation to the residents for chasing the service agencies.

                      When this was raised to estate manager mr. Hari om sharma, he took an easy excuse to put the burden on rws (A bogus body formed by majority of honda 2 wheelers employees).

                      An immediate action is requested to resolve the issue by the krish group management at the earliest.

                        This has been repeatedly complained that krish aura project at bhiwadi, alwar by pass road, under krish group not completed the project within 36 months as per term of delivery since 2013 & still not responding for delivery & compensation against delivery delay. Although all payments paid duly as per demand but project not completed & not responding for the delay

                        I have booked a ticket from Trivandrum to Dindigul today(15.07.18). The amount has been debited from my account, so far the ticket has not be generated.
