Krishna Motors — bajaj ct100 met with an accident

As my bike and i faced with a accident by which my bike got damaged a lot... For this i went to the showroom on 6/3/2018 of gems automobiles of hadapsar showroom as i purchased the bike from there, from that day onwards i havent received the bike till date. Due to their poor service. As the parts are not available and number of the reasons. As im staying currently in wanorie area. So it's difficult me to travel every now nd then to hadapsar showroom which is very far for me. A week back i. E 17/3/18 after insisting to them so much they shifted my bike to the krishna motors of fatimanagar br for the rest of the work.. But still they are harrasing me so much by not delivering my bike.. As i already paid the bill amt... I will never ever refer anyone to bajaj. Pls help me someone on this.. My no [protected].. Im doing against my insurance policy but sorry to say till now i havent recieved my policy papers, so even i dont know by which insurance co they are doing the claim.. Pls do a reply... As it is a very serious matter
