Krishna Store — Extra money being charged by grocers in Dwarka

I bought grocery items worth Rs. 6250/- yesterday with my Sodexho coupons and the grocer (KRISHNA STORE, SECTOR 11, DWARKA) charged me an extra 5% on it saying that they are entitled to charge extra money from the Sodexho. And I noticed later that the bill did not show any such thing. The bill was for the exact amount of the price of items I purchased. But after a big argument, I was made to pay an extra 5%, of which, no written record or bill exists. That effectively means that this amount is not going to be shown in any of the grocer's books, and is going to be just pocketed without being recorded. Shameful! the 5% charge by the way amounted to Rs. 312. What's the whole point in using Sodexho coupons then if you are going to be charged extra money? The grocers should either refuse to accept them or accept them the way Sodexho coupons are designed - without charging extra money.

I hope you will look into it and recover the black money this grocer is collecting through unwarranted charges on goods (KRISHNA STORE, SECTOR 11, DWARKA).
