[Resolved] Kristal Group — Not refunding the advance deposit | |||
Dear Sir, Kristal group, bangalore branch had taken advance deposit of 3, 00, 000 Rs for blocking the plot in a project named as "Kristal Campus B" in June 2012 and after 2 years, they told me that they don't have appropriate approvals so they can't continue with the same project. Then after repeated follow-ups they told that, you can apply for the refund and same will be credited with in 3 months of applying. So in Feb 2014, I applied for refund and till now they are just telling me that they have some funds issues an refund in next week, then next months and so on... Now I am tired of visiting their offices and false promises of refunding money.. Sir, please initiate some action or guide me how I can get my money back from them. We are also one of many unfortunate customers who has invested 8lakhs in Kristal Campus B almost 4 years back with no returns. We have cancelled the booking 1year back and have been continuously following with Joby, Marketing guy for this, but with false promises every time to return the amount. They are cheating us on our hard earned money.If they were concerned about their costumers, alteast they can do a part payment and finish up.

wish you happy deepavalli for all of investors of campus B fraud of Kristal group family we are all sufferers please i am extremely sorry since we have meeting once after words nobody contacted me and also not in touch with any allottes please make platform and we can go to court once again to high court since it
is cheating case and non bailable warrant can be issued against the company and their employees. Since all their intentions to cheat the public by making false assurance thanking yours

going. They promised me my refunds of Rs 5 Lakh in July 2014. Till date
what I got is false promises and cheques that bounce. I know there are
lot more people suffering from these. May we put in a combined effort
and go legal against them. Kristal is the worst builder. Please its a request never ever go with them for any purchase or else your dream home will become your worst nightmare.
