[Resolved]  KSEB — continuous power failure

i am balachandran nair and i am living in kilimanoor.Here we dont get continuous power supply.When we call KSEB office, they dont respond to telephone calls.I think they disconnect telephone with intention at that time.If they attend phone, they dont say what is real problem and misbehave to consumers.my consumer no is 10865 and area code is4535.I request you that make an immediate action against this problem.
