Dear Sir, I have booked 3 tickets using my ICICI net banking account for the travel from Cochin(Ernakuklam to Bangalore)on 3 rd december for the amount RS 2847 vide transaction BILL/[protected]/Bill Desk/KSRTC _EIC 1415 .My Amount is d3educted from the bank .I got error message and failed transaction.No issuance of tickets Confirmation .Please do the needful in transfer back the amount deducted to my account.
