[Resolved] KSRTC — Money deducted ticket is not booked | |
HI, I had booked ticket for journey on 24/12/2014 at 10.30 pm in ksrtc bus from bangalore to Tirupathi on 18/12/2014.But I didnt get any confirmation mail or message regarding ticket booked. But an amount of 263/- and Rs 273 have been deducted from my account. There is no transaction found in [protected]@gmail.com.
If money has been deducted from your account, you need to send mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org with bank deduction details.
We have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
