HI, I had booked ticket for journey on 24/12/2014 at 10.30 pm in ksrtc bus from bangalore to Tirupathi on 18/12/2014.But I didnt get any confirmation mail or message regarding ticket booked. But an amount of 263/- and Rs 273 have been deducted from my account.
