[Resolved] KSRTC — They are not updated in web portal and also not giving proper response to passengers | |||
Hi Team, My name Sudheer Kancharla, and i was booked 4 tickets from Tirupati to Bangalore on[protected]. Details are:: PNR Number :J51289917 Date of Journey :05/07/2015 Trip Code :2001SKHBNG Class of Service RAJAHAMSA EXECUTIVE Seat No(s) :27, 28, 33, 34 Service Start Place :SRIKALAHASTI Passenger Start Place: TIRUPATHI Service End Place :BENGALURU Boarding Point :TIRUPATHI B.S. Booking Counter :ONLINE Departure Time :21:45 Hrs. Platform Number :22or23 Passenger End Place : BENGALURU Alighting Point :KEMPEGOWDA BS [MAJESTIC] But, Unfortunately i given a wrong number to communicate. But, i received SMS to my current mobile number that my tickets were booked on[protected]. So, i thought i given a correct mobile number on that time. But, on[protected] when i come to Tirupathi B.S. i didn't get any SMS or Call from KSRTC guys. SO, i directly go to ksrtc counter and asked them. Suddenly they were told to me that the bus was gone because of given wrong number and that to that is just 5 mins late at that time. they told very irresponsible manner can't do anything. . Even they are not at-least updated status or bus number in pnr status portal also still. So, tell me how can i know which bus number i have to catch. So, again went to counter book tickets with my own money again and come to Bangalore. So, Please take it as a complaint and Do the needful ASAP for refunding to that trip code: 2001SKHBNG. We are in receipt of your complaint and your complaint has been examined. This is to inform you that 2001SKHBNG service has operated on 05/07/2015 and other all passengers who had selected same pickup point had been travelled whereas you had not been travelled (27,28,33,34) on that day as informed by concerned depot authority.
SMS of Crew and vehicle details sent to your concerned mobile number [protected].
Hence, we are unable to admit your request for refund of journey fare.

I accepted ur concern, bUt, Why dont you updated in web portal thats my question ?
You are including service taxes and all remain taxes in ticket fare. But, why you guyz are not maintain your portal as up to dated. Because, on that my mobile got switched off and also i was checked for each 5 mins in portal for my bus number from before 1 hr of pickup time at platform number what you specified in booking reference. But, after 1 hr of pickup time also its not updated..
SO, please checked it once and Do the needful ASAP..
