Dear KSRTC Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and formal complaint regarding the extreme delay of the Airavat Club Class service (Service No: 1030BNGOTY) scheduled for today, April 15, 2026.
According to the official KSRTC booking application, the bus was scheduled to drop passengers at Gudalur by 15:20 (3:20 PM). However, as of 15:20 PM, the bus is still 90 km away from the destination.
This is not merely a minor inconvenience. I booked this specific premium service because I was traveling to attend the funeral of my grandfather. Due to this gross inaccuracy in the arrival time and the subsequent delay, I have missed the funeral and the chance to pay my final respects.

The KSRTC app continues to display a travel time of 4 hours and 50 minutes for this route, which is clearly misleading if the bus is consistently unable to meet this timeline. This failure in service has caused me irreparable emotional distress.
I request an immediate investigation into the following:
Why was the bus delayed by such a massive margin (90 km)?
Why is KSRTC advertising and selling tickets based on an unrealistic 15:20 arrival time?
I expect a formal explanation and an acknowledgment of this failure. A premium service like "Airavat Club Class" carries an expectation of punctuality and reliability, both of which were completely absent today.
