My name is eldho,
I had purchased an rc 390 from the ktm vytilla showroom in cochin, kerala yesterday (Oct 1st).
It was duly informed by me early in the morning that i would be coming to collect the bike. I have phone call records to prove it!!!
Upon arrival, a series of shocking events happened to unfold from 5:30 pm onwards : -
1.) the bike key was missing for some time
2.) the wrong insurance package policy was chosen
3.) the temporary registration papers dint arrive untill 7 - 30 pm
4.) the sales executive (Who is a complete) did not even turn up!!! Really weird!!!
5.) pdi (Pre - delivery inspection) was not done
6.) teflon coat / polishing was not done
7.) the showroom manager had no clue about what to do since the sales executive (Akhil) dint even have the time to inform him that i am coming to take the bike.
8.) the attitude of the sales team was so terrible!!! It was more like, """ now that you have bought the bike, you cannot return it, the bike is lying outside, just take it and go, i have to go home, its already 7 - 30pm """
Today morning (Oct 2nd),
1.) the coolant is below minimum, now i am even terrified to start the bike
2.) now i am wondering if the engine oil and brake fluid are also below minimum.
Very urgently!!! Send some one from the dealership to my house immediately with the essentials (Coolant, brake - fluid and engine oil)
Also if anything else needs to be checked, the necessary equipment
I am very much welcome to any possible solution that the manufacturer can come up with.
I bought this bike with extremely high hopes, and this is what i am rewarded with, no peace of mind and constant trauma of what might go wrong.
Is this the ktm commitment to its patrons???
Isn't the manufacturer worried about the safety of its patrons??
A very shocked and traumatized customer
