[Resolved]  KTM Sportmotorcycle — Week Quality-Ktm Duke 390

Hi Team,

I was riding KTM 390 and their was a pothole and their was no space to go beside. so i went through and my back rim got damaged and front mud guard got bent.This is the second time am in experiencing this issue and I applied insurance but i did not get. I paid through my own pocket and we feel parts are too low quality and suitable for indian roads.
Hence requesting you to consider this an proactive action and take necessary precautions to have the high quality. Demanding to provide the refund for both front tyre and back tyre rims. Attached is the proof for your reference
