I purchased my duke 200 on September 2018 from A.V automobiles, Thrissur. And in 2019 I went to KTM service center and asked for a claim. They said that they have claimed and will be arriving soon. After too many days my warranty period has over. And now they are saying your warranty period has expired and now I should buy a new meter and they could give me free labour charge. The meter cost approximately Rs.7500. And that should be taken by me, which I should get it for free. Now I am fed up with KTM. I don't trust KTM because of there is too many fraud things are happening in Authorised service center such as of my case A.V Automobiles thrissur, kerala, India. My bike Number --(KL64G5550). No use of complaing on there website. No reply for me and message from KTM india says that your complaint has been closed successful at my Satisfaction.
I am attaching the pic which i got from KTM india that i complainted through website. But my complaint is not closed and they didn't even call me.
