I purchased ktm rc 200 approx 7 months ago, but last 3-4 month i faced many problems in bike but when i visit service centre, they checked & told me some problem. I do all thing which service engineer said but after that the problem will not resolved & other problems also start. I went almost 7-8 times and do all the things which was told to me but after that my bike prblm remain same. When i ride bike, i feel its a normal bike. Its ktm feel was gone. I dream to puechase ktm rc last 3 year but after purchased ktm rc, its like i was fool who mad for ktm. I also previously compain on your facebook page and twitter account. Please do help me. I am from jaipur(rajasthan)

    I have duke 200 and one day its engine valve break down due to some chain tnsioner issue and as my nearby showroom is iin jalgaon so took my bike there and they me time about 1 month for checking up the bike and give me the estimate amount but after a month they give me estimate of about 60, 000 rs so iasked for which you are charing this much so they told if you want to repair then repair your biike otherwise take your bike and go thats their behavious and they are behaving so rude... I want ktm to take an action about it... Otherwise i have sme secet clips of that particular showroom i ll take legal action to it

      Hey,
      I have a ktm duke 200 bike. I had an accident and i had applied for insurance.
      And before we had given it to repair there were a few things we decided.
      Like the side fork bend was to be left untouched as we decided to get it repaired outside. After the repair fork bend was repaired, wheel throwing was done and gear was not repaired.
      And the things we agreed upon was discarded as they said you got insurance so we thought about changing a lot of stuff.
      This was not what we had initially agreed upon.
      Attached below is the initial bill we agreed upon.
      The fork bend and the wheel throwing was not a part of the agreement initially and the gear pedal was also not done.
      I would like to see some resolution off of this.

        I have ktm duke 200, my bike suddenly shuts down, while riding and doesn't start.

        This happened many times and i towed my bike to service center. They suggested to replace the few parts and still issue not solved.

        I live in bangalore and i gave my bike to btm layout service center.

        I spent more than 4000 rupees on this problem. But still not solved,. Please help me on this.

            I am aditya, i have purchased ktm duke 390 in 2016 and its been just 30000 kms of my bike, and i have to face many issues related to engine.
            My engine got seized at 20000 kms as the engine head was damaged internally. I got it clamed in warrenty.
            After that a month back my abs motor was not working and i have to pay a big amount to replace it.
            And now at 30000 kms my engine bore has got damaged.

            Dear authority
            Previously also i have complained about servicing issue at malda ktm @ planetwheels bajaj. Malda ktm showroom never keep parts of ktm. But after complaining once also they have not changed there attitude. On 8th april i gave my bike for engine repairing. But till date they are unable to make the parts available. They are complaining about transport. My bike is kept useless at service center. So if a bike is unused for 1 month and some other usses arise then who will take responsibility?
            The showroom should keep parts available atleast 1 each. But they are not maintaining the availability.
            Please look into the matter.

              I have given my ktm rc 200 for some engine work in borivali service center.
              I gave my bike to service center on 2nd or 3rd april 2019, & today's date is 23rd april 2019. Still they don't know what is happen to my bike. One person says that "your bike is ready will give you delivery tomorrow" as we went tomorrow they said, "we don't any thing, the part is required we have ordered but we have not received yet". I gone to center 5-6 times but no proper responses from there. Yesterday also i called them & went there personally but no responses from there.

                My bike got accident on somehow 6 month ago
                Due to ktm spare shortage it took 3 month to repair as new
                Now today on 17 april 2019
                I went on ktm showroom to take my bike
                They told me that the bill is of 24000INR
                on which i had deposited 8500 at the tike of submiting my bike for repairing
                The total bill is 24000 INR amount to be paid is 16000 which was due
                So the ownet told that you need to pay parking charges for 168 days which cost me 16800
                So M I looking A ### or my face look like a donkey
                Why would i pay parking charges
                And the upto now the oilseal which was damaged had not being repaired
                So whom to blame

                I am ready to pay the outstanding amount 0f 16000 INR
                if the owner is not ready to accept the bill then
                There is consumer form
                And police complaint is ready for you

                  I had purchase my ktm duke 390 2017 edition in the year 2017. Since after that i am facing oil leakage issues and oil low pressure. Even when i took it to ktm servicing i was facing that same problems of oil leakage after the bike being chceckd by the ktm mechanic. So i want replacement of my bike. My life is like hell now i bought it on loan as i am a poor family boy... And the bike is always making me problem some time it gets off on the road and u use to keep it on the road and come by walk to my home for like 20 kms its really very bad luck for me as i have 2 ktm 390 bike the older one is nice bike never had trouble bt this 2017 bike makes me cry please replace my bike and you can check it before replacing it as its bike fault

                    I am jyotiranjan srichandan i brought a ktm 125 bike before 3 months from bhubaneswar jaydev vihar showroom but not getting my number and insurance paper. I have already 20 times called your showroom but they always said you can get 2-3 days they make me fool every time. I am totally harrassed by your service. I think you should take initiative about that and i believe you can take action. I have already paid fine rs.5000 due to number plate and insurance paper. Kindly solve my issue asap.

                        It has been 20 days since we ordered the bike duke 250 abs version. We paid the whole amount including all the taxes only after given assurance by the ktm showroom members that it will be delivered within 10 days. Later when we consulted the showroom for the details they are ignoring us, and are neglecting our calls. We are all set for taking legal action if our complaint is not considered and taken care within a short span. These showroom members are going against customer ethics and rules. Kindly consider my request and we hope appropriate action will be taken soon, thank you.

                        KTM RC 390 bike the products are of worst quality. The sensors in the vehicle gets repaired without any notification. The oil pressure sensor was repaired and the oil in the engine worn of easily and caused damaged to the engine bore. Spend 40k for that repair and ECU of the bike was damaged without any reason and it cost 10k.
                        Hi, I have been replaced white Duke 250 abs with the orange one. I am satisfied that the complaint is taken into consideration and responded well, thank you.

                          I purchased a duke 200 on 25th march. Its giving me a lot of heating issues. My bike has turned off while driving saying too much heat. I am from mumbai, thane. I went to the service centre they are not taking any action. My coolant is also almost drained an finished in just 5 days of driving between 450 kms. My kind request to get my bikes issues solved.                             Recently i met with an accident on my ktm rc200 and took it to the service center, they asked me to pay some amount in advance before they could examine the bike.
                            I paid rs.6000 in advance, but later on being unsatisfied with their service and professionalism i decided to change the service center. (Job was not started on the bike)
                            As per the regulations they charged the examination fees and parking fees and promised to re reimburse the advance paid within 4 working days.
                            Its been two weeks now and no action is being taken from their end nor they are answering my calls professionally.

                              Dear authority
                              Its almost one month gone. Till now after doing complaint also i have not get any solution from ktm service malda. Now i am bound to service my bike outside of service center on monday. But i will take ligal step against malda bajaj shwroom and ktm service, also i will cerculate this complain in all social medias to destroy ktm sales if i don't get any solution from ktm within monday itself.

                              My bike is registered at malda, west bengal. I have faced very worst service by malda ktm service marketed by bajaj. Never i have got any parts available at bajaj showroom, even an oil filter. For every parts we need to place order which need approx 1 month to get available. Few days back i have got some issue in my bike but technician is telling that he will open my bike engine after 1 month as now he is busy with other bike. After that he will place order the part which will be needed which will need more 1 month to reach at malda. Means i have to keep my bike useless for 2 months.

                                At the time new vehicle purchasing, they have given quatation with bumper to bumper coverage., but policy issued without bumper to bumper coverage, dealer may absorbs amount. We have office mail from ktm for insurance with bumper to bumper. Now we met an accident insurance company paid the claim for normal policy.. We lost more than 15 thousand loss.. Tn 02 bp 1843

                                  The bike had just been purchased in the second week of jan 2019 and as the first service had been done the bike started turning off while riding without any knowledge. After which the bike had been sent to the service centre and the issue highlighted was the sensor. The service centre returned the bike after 1 day with the same issue occurring multiple times. The bike had been returned once again to the service centre and it's been 5 days the there is no update about the bike after which i had to call upfront to know the reason for the issue. The advisor now says that the throttle body of the bike had been corrupted and they will be ordering it and it would take the bike to return in the next 5-6 business days. The whole point is that why is a new bike experiencing such issues and why is there no compensation to such?

                                    At malda, west bengal the service is really very bad. Whenever any fault happens in bike they try to change the parts instead of repairing. Not a single parts are available at malda bajaj showroom. Recentlly one sound is coming from my bike engine, now to check it they need 1 month. As there is only one technician. This ia very problemetic for any ktm user. Please look into the matter.

                                      I purchased new bike ktm duke 125 during january 2019, today i given bike to ktm service goregaon west, mumbai for first free service, so i told them add handle baar and cover during billing they should charge only for accessories not for fitting charge, they charged me 260 inr.
                                      For this 260 rs they make separate job card and they given separate bill & mentioned any part replacement becuase in their system their is no charge for filling but they cheated me.. And behavior was rude, they don't have any explanation for this, pathetic service. Attached is all receipts for your reference
