Sir,
The ktm vehicles sold in mysore is way more than the service center can handle and also they are lacking in spare parts. Ktm central mysore are not improving their service center at all. With only 2 towers and 3guys to handle 100s of bikes is affecting the service of the vehicle.
All ktm owners of mysore request ktm india to take an action and make sure we get a decent service center

    They abuse the bike hard and pour too much oil than the max level as i noticed the bike sound changes like a sewing machine.. My odo before service was 780 after service odo was 830... Engine oil is leaking.. I was running in breakin period... They topup with synthetic oil whivh makes bike jerking... The service guys were doing the worst service as they cudnt rectify the engine leak.. They said they changed a washer in second oil pump.. I am highly dissatified tat i feeling like why i chosed rc 390... My odo was only 800kms.. Within this i got so many problems... I need a replacement engine otherwise am gonna sell with in 2000 kms.. They abused my bike clearly the beautiful sound chamged into sewing machine...

    Sir I m sumit n I purchased ktm duke 200 in jan last . after first service it run like a bull that is whenever I wanna run it runs like someone pull from back . its pickup gets worst. I m not satisfied with ur current service do something as soon as possible . my contact no is [protected] plzz contact me and get its correct very soon
    I'm giving just mini service.when service done .itz not working headlights.and horn .and its not staring in gear also...I'm very unhappy...

      Yesterday I went for first service of my bike, the overall work done was good but the machines there have no clue how to operate this bike, they don't know how to reset the device message or how to set the rpm, was really disappointed with KTM for not providing any information to their staff regarding this bike.
      I've already filed a complaint regarding the faulty headlight witch goes off without any notification. Didn't expected this kind of service from KTM. ADDRESS THIS ASAP OR ELSE I'M NOT GOING TO RETURN THE BIKE AND WILL NOT PAY THE INSTALLMENTS AS WELL. Previous complaint number: ISR-123235

        I booked Duke by Bagga link service LTD, Link road karol bagh, New Dehli. My receipt no is 485248 however when i book so that time manager lokesh promise me that bike will be delivered to you in april but many bikes came into his stock in couple of days but the all employee are making me a fool from long time however they are deliver the bike in black and relative as well and they have no manner that how to behave customer.
        Now i decided to go consumer court to lodge a complain..

        My 2017 rc 390 engine oil have been leaking since I bought the vehicle. I let it for service but the people in service center are so lenient and they are not serious about the issue. They serviced it but the problem doesn't so loved by them

          Hi, I bought KTM DUKE 390 on 21 April 2017. When I am taking delivery bike tank got damage and vibrations in radiator. Some how KTM dealer convinced me to take delivery and bring next day they will told replace damaged tank with other bike tank. After replacing I observed there is a damaged in bike chassis as well. Am very much disappointed with the KTM I paid nearly 3 lack rupees and got all defected bike. I don't want to get repaired​ my new bike. I want a replacement of bike. I thought KTM bike's are very much premium but it's a not. I paid full amount like others. Am not bought a second hand vehicle. Or you KTM selling secondhand vehicles? I want replacement for my bike not repair or my money back.

          After long wait had discussion with KTM Mysore manager about problem but no use he response irresponsibly. Manager told its a human error some time bound to happen some time damage will happens. Why should I suffer for your human error. Instead of giving solution he tel story about royal enfield bike. Till now they not resolved issue. Worst experience from KTM.

            Most humbly & request fully i want to say that i'm Gyan from patna, bihar.I' m emailing you one more time Regarding the different ex-showroom price of ktm duke 250 actually i'm planing to buy ktm duke 250 next week on cash, and am a big fan of ktm. My previous bike was also ktm duke 200.
            There is a huge difference between ex-showroom price of ktm models as shown on internet and news.
            Please provide me correct ex-showroom price of ktm patna, bihar.
            Am also attaching the image of that showroom from whom i consulted for this. If something wrong is happening its your duty to stop from being fooled by these showrooms

              My name is Abhishek Raut, I purchased a KTM Duke 200 on date May 2016. I am doing regular services. The wobbling issue was from the first service but yet not resolved, please look into the matter and resolve the issue. i am really facing grievance. I visited Thane branch kanchan bajaj 7 times for the same issue but they ignored the issue and some executive Kalpesh and area in-charge Mayank bhatt gave me a dis satisfactory answer that the highest cc vehicles also have the same issue it is normal.

                The service centre near centra mall chandigarh is the most disappointing service place I have ever been to. I have travelled 100+kms 7 times in 50 days and have been waiting for almost 2 months now to just get my front leaked forks fixed(luckily 1 side is fixed now). Sometimes the oil is not there or sometimes the seal or various different reasons.They have been continously delaying the warranty parts. The mechanics all say that the part(Throttle body) is not working properly and the RPMs increase even after the throttle is reduced and need to be replaced and is under waranty But The representatives are delaying this every time and now i am stuck listenting to "jab aayga aapko bta diya jaega" from the past 15 days. Had an accident in high traffic because of throttle giving a jump to the bike. Luckily no bones broken but knee scrached badly with 10 days rest. Cant move much now or bend the leg.

                I hope This forum is what it claims to be and ktm guys visit here because i cant post any complaint on their site either cuz it says"callcentermanagment.excelloncloud.com says: ERROR:ServiceUnavailiable" .

                  Excuse me, i am here to inform you one complaint against trissur ktm showroom. Due to self motor complaint i had given my ktm 200 (Kl49-d-150) bike on last wednesday[protected].
                  Still now they had not informed me anything. I think that are not much serious in their work. I feel so sad on there service. At least they can inform me what happnt to my bike or that's the reason for been late. So i kindly request to take necessary action against it and kindly make ma service as much as fast.. Thank you.

                    As i am bought duke200 at last year, its still giving me a heavy problem while a month! Last month in my bike some engine noise came, that after i gone to showroom to complain about engine noise . And i complained to solve the problem by warrenty, after i said the word warrenty the supervisor tried to put me as my money payable and after that he took by bike to check the problem after he came the noice is clear, but i assure the engine noise are been came daily when i ride my bike but i thought after the supervisor ride to check they are being trying to put some problem to earn money.please hereafter don, t earn the money in such a wrong way! Its too bad idea. For this purpose only am feel sad about the showroom dealers and workers.

                      I have bought my bike 10 jan 2017 my bike soccer is completely damaged and i am complaint this to my dealer deewan motors uttam nagar.my bike is still in warranty.The soccer is not available from the last month as acc to workshop manager.Then i call dwarka ktm showroom then they also said to same problem.then i directly visited to kirti nagar showroom they said we r not put the soccer becz u wasnt buy this bike from our showroom then i call the person which is a manager of ktm .his name is ayush he said please wait and cut my call then i called him after 15 minute he put my number in blacklist and will not response me.kindly solve my problem otherwise i will take stricly action on KTM

                        This is chaithanya.I am from Bangalore.I own a ktm duke 200.Its 2 and half months old.When i was coming on monday to my office on nice road the speed limit was around 80 kms/hr.Suddenly i got an sound from my engine and my bike was broken down.I tried starting, But it dint.Somehow i towed my bike to ktm showroom thats bg road popular motors bangalore.Where i purchased the bike.After leaving my bike they told me that the piston head and cylinder head had got damaged.I had driven only 5005 kms.So i got reply that its going to replaced because its under warranty.So now my point is how can i trust the bike after the warranty.I am totally confused.Please i need an permanent solution for this.

                          Hello, I'm writing today regarding Hymark Motorsports in Pueblo West Colorado. I have been very interested in KTM's for some time and wanted to invest in a new machine. I went in just before Christmas and there were no KTM's on the floor. I was told they are out back in crates and hadn't been built yet. Fair enough, figured they were busy with Christmas, although it did seem odd as you you'd think they'd want them out for the season. Anyway, as of yesterday 3/30/17, I went back. I have been looking at other bikes and wanted to sit on a new KTM 450EXC before I made a decision. I am buying today. And again, Not on the floor. they had one 650, one 250 and one 150. I was again told they could have one ready in a few days to look at. I explained I planned to buy immediately and same response. Couldn't believe it. I am now proceeding with a new Yamaha machine from another dealer because they bent over backwards and had models readily available. Just thought KTM should know. Hymark is NOT interested in selling KTM's. They are all about the Polaris side by side market. If it were my decision I'd pull my product from their dealership. Anyway, rant over. Guess I'm riding Yamaha now.

                            Hi,
                            I am Harry Stephen from Thrissur, kerala (India). I own a KTM RC200 and i like it. I met with a minor accident last december and my bike was in showroom for 20 days which had just 5 hour work on it.Thats not the problem. In January i met with an accident and i went to showroom on 30th and asked them to order the damaged parts because of my previous experience of their delayed work completion. After countless calls, many visits and a month, they told to submit the bike at the showroom on March 6th. And today its March 25th, the bike is still there untouched. I decided to write a complaint in the KTM site, and i found out i couldnt submit it as the site's got some bugs. And i contacted the toll free number and it was of no use, and now i guess this is the last option. What i am experiencing is a poor and low quality after-market services and totally disappointed in KTM. I wish you guys take action immedietly. Thank you

                              Do u people appoints theif as ur workers?? Coz they stole one's bike part which came for service nd sell these parts to other people in less money out of your service center. And one of your theirf worker name is mohd. Kamran hussainganj workshop member of lucknow i want a strict action againts him.. Coz my bike was all good before service bt after service a noice came from engine nxt day i go to ur workmen mohd. Kamran to check this problem then he said give me 3000rs i will solve this outside workshop..

                                I'm writing this post to explain the deadly scenario which I encountered after getting the bike from the service center.

                                Firstly I would like to mention that I own a KTM Duke 390 which was my dream to own one. The KTM Duke 390 is a piece of machinery we Indian speed enthusiasts were looking for (with the price tag of 1.95Lac Ex-showroom).

                                Hi team,

                                This is to bring to your notice a serious complaint against a sales person named mr. Tapas mazumdar based out of ktm - vip road.

                                I had booked a ktm rc 390 (Bsiv - 2017 edition) on 18th february with the dealership. I was told, since my residence is from the hooghly district, the permanent registration cannot be taken care by them, and i have to deal with it on my own, and pay them the remaining amount for the vehicle. He clearly stated no ktm can get it registered and i readily agreed and told him to book it and paid him 44, 000 approx in cheque. I clearly asked him, how soon can he deliver the vehicle and he said, it will be delivered by 23rd february. That is only when i pay him in cash the remaining amount of 1, 99, 000 on the same day of delivery. He said, you can take the delivery and after 10 days, you can visit your rto and apply for the permanent registration. He also added, if i needed the insurance alongwith, he will take just one more day, so i agreed to take the delivery a day later on 24th february, that is tomorrow.

                                Today, 23rd february, i went to pay the remaining amount and i was treated with utter disrespect and revealed a lot of misguided information passed to me as a customer.

                                On my visit today, i was not entertained for 1 hour, and after that, i was asked to accompany tapas, to the next door maruti showroom to pay him the cash. My dad went along and paid him the same (It is clear breach of brand policy to pay any amount, outside the ktm showroom facility).
                                After the payment, i received the receipt, and then the language of the entire conversation changed.

                                Tapas informed me, he will give the vehicle tomorrow, with only a chalan (Valid for a day), and i will have to keep it at my home for the next 15 days, and later come and take the temporary registration for the same. During this, it is actually illegal to drive the vehicle, which is valid but makes no sense for a customer to take delivery and not have the rights to drive and not even have a registration (Temporary). This was clearly not stated to me, and i haven't seen any policy to deliver a vehicle to a customer without the temporary registration. This is illegal, and the chalans are only valid for transport of vehicle within their dealerships. Upon asking him, why i was not informed about the same. He said - "you should have understood"

                                I want to know, what rights does the dealership have to misguide the customer by saying they can deliver the vehicle, alongwith the temporary registration and the insurance, and later change their terms, immediately after the full payment has been made. This is sheer unprofessional, and i will seek a clarification on the same.
                                I spoke and notified the same with your head office in pune, and they requested me to first let you know the issue, and if things are not resolved, they will take strict action against the person concerned and the dealership.
                                He also raised his voice and shouted on my father, who accompanied me to the showroom.

                                I have also learned withing this week, from old customers of the vip road ktm, that they always create a fuss about the registration by lying to the customers.

                                I am vivek, a fmsci registered track racer for suzuki, and have also been part of the orange day events in bangalore. I know the value of the brand, and this behavior of the person does not align with the company policy and spoils the dealerships image. I am a customer who came in as a referral from a friend, but you i can surely assure you, i won't lead any word of mouth of positive towards the vip road dealership.

                                I have also spoken to rahul from osl park street showroom about the same concern and he has guided me on the same.

                                Let me know, on the same, and i will take action accordingly.

                                  Purchased KTM RC390 on 4rth Oct. 2016. But major fault with in three months. Which was manufacturing defect. Bike was at kurukshetra I had taken to your KTM showroom but after keeping for a week refused to repair it. Then I take to solan . but after 14th of Jan 2017 bike was not repaired. You can see your service for this O am compal to go to court. If I will not get it by tomorrow I will sue your company in the court and ask for new bike.

                                    I send my bike 300 km to Ongole for service and when pickup the oil was leaking.On another time the bike is just service and the engine light is burning all the way.The mechanic said that the bike have electrical problem.He come to my place and ask me to pay for the fault off KTM because the cannot fixed it.Then I fixed by myself.I dont know what they do but I find one wire to cooling sensor is cut.I send my bike again to them because I see the battery cable is broken and I repair this and I see they break the holder for the air filter and I buy new one and when I send my bike for service I ask them to change it.The bike came back and the same day the display screen stop working.Did I have to paid to learn the people to practices on my bike or is this a professional service that ktm cannot provide.The job card number is PBJC[protected] DATE[protected] .pLEASE i WANT MY BIKE FIXED.([protected])

                                      I submitted my bike 15-20 days ago and had claimed insurance regarding a mishap.
                                      The staffs have not been providing any service and the bike is rotting in the centre.
                                      It's really a bad thing regarding KTM's name.
                                      The bike has been rotting since then. With no major damages, I find it rather annoying to have bought a KTM and not some other brand. I see forward to have my bike back in a couple of days.
