I have bought a ktm 250. On very next day of buying, i started feeling vibrations and gear shifting and jerks in bike. I took it to my near by ktm service which is in btm, bangalore, karnataka. They have not fixed any above problem and treated badly the bike. Which results in lots of scratches and time waste. I am highly disappointed with bike and as well as the service center. I am not sure, what will they do to my bike if again i give... Please help me to resolve these issues. Service center is ktm btm, bangalore, karnataka.

Dear management,

I had purchased a ktm duke 200cc in the year 2014 and i sold the bike in the same showroom from where i had purchased on 15/09/2017.
Show room adress (Ktm banashankari #180, 1st block, 100 feet road, hosakerehalli main road, banashankari stage 3, bengaluru, karnataka 560085)

Till now i have not received any details to whom the vehicles has been sold.

We are calling them but they are least bothered and every time when i ask the details they keep on postponing to give the details.

After i arrived to ktm showroom for service they said that engine oil is not available i said to change tha chain set and front break shoe they said that this items is also not available

My name is jayakrishnan.. Last dec i went to bangalore for a ride in my duke 390.. When i reached bangalore my bike shows low oil pressure. I took my bike to btm layout dealership and they said someone has put dirt my radiator and i serviced my whole bike for 25000
I insisted them to completely repair my vehicle so i can avoid future problems
They repaired and said to me that every problema has been solved.. Bt after 1000 kms it showed again.. Low oil pressure.. Then i took it to my dealership.in kerala.. Palakkad.. They said oil is burning because rings may be weak.. How can it be...

On 2nd of may my bike made with an accident and on 3rd of may i have submitted my bike in the ktm showroom, anishabad, patna, bihar. Sales manager has promised to deliver my bike within 15 days i. E on 18th of may and today is 20 may but till now they have not repair any parts of my bike and instead of this he is giving excuses that parts are in transit till now and now he is saying that i can’t promise the date...

Hi ktm i m manish from ranchi, i have a bike duke 250 which i bought in the month of september 2017, it started 3 months and stopped suddenly and after that, i did the compilation by moving to the service center, those service center said that there is a problem with the engine will take a little time to become. And after doing this 4 months later the bike is also that people. Even after the meeting, the same problem is coming, bike is not getting started.. Hi team ktm, i am marking this mail to throw light upon an incident that happened with me last night when i was out for a ride with my friends. I was riding my rc390 when the road got a bit bumpy and rough and my rear tyre got a deep cut near the rim and my bike wobbled however i managed to control it and did not crashed. This is to inform that i have a ktm rc 200 purchased october 2017. The bike has a major problem of turning the ignition off on slowing down speed. I'm shocked about this how my new bike doing this. It is very difficult me to go to office because it to far from my home. I m very disappointed by ktm mumbai.

Recently i met with an accident and the documents required to claim insurance were submitted to the dealer according to his guidance but he did not tell us to give the liscense of bike he just tell us to submit liscence and we submitted lmv liscense and he inspected and send the documents further to the insurance company but now the insurance company is refusing to pay claim because of the liscense. The dealer was paid for the repair to our bike and some parts were not changed he just added them also to the bill and we found that he has aaded those parts also which he did not replaced in my bike....

The design of rear indicators of rc 200 is the worst. When any person sits on the rear seat his legs automatically touches the rear leftside indicators, and it is soo delicate that as soon as the leg touches it immediately breaks... My bike's 2 indicators have been broken due to this design... The indicators are soo outward that it easily gets broken whenever something touches the indicators, especially the left side indicator.. So i suggest you people to modify its design.. Plz.. Because each indicator costs for 800 rupees... So its very costly... Soo plz help me...

I dot rc book, and i saw the manufacture model is 2017 so shreenivas motors (Amol sir) my dealer gave me 2017 model instead of 2018. Before i complained also my reference number - isr 315755 on 21 march 2018 after that i complained on [protected] three time and they say wait for 24 hours i waited but nothing happened so what to do?...

My radiator fan died this 24th march, 17, and, "the part will only be available after 10th april, 17", said the ktm service centre, siliguri, west bengal, india, i own a 2015 ktm rc390 and after 2 and half almost years & 27k km the fan finally dies, had to face the same issue when my front fork seal failed, and had to import parts from nepal, pokhara. If this is the case, i shall sell my bike off and suggest anyone not to get a ktm especially due to parts unavailability, it would have been fine, if this was a superbike or a high end cc bike and manufactured out of country,...

I’ve kept my ktm duke 200 on 5/03/2018 at salatwada bajaj workshop vadodara today it been around 14 days still my bike isn’t ready plus they called me 2 days before on 10 of march but when i inspected and go through my bike still there were problems coming on way i’ve told that 100 times about that problem on bike use to give jacks when starting and stopping. I request higher authorities to please go through it and service in just unsatisfactory 0 rating. Please change the rude employees in that workshop....

This is a complain from ranchi jharkhand bike. No jh01cq1817 its gonna 6month of our bike the engine has been sized 2 times low oil pressure is showing each time not single action is taken by the showroom the service is toatlly not good we are running to the showroom from last 6 months plz help us we are totally helpless we hv 1 bike and we need it we bought our bike on august 2017 the second it had a problem the service center opend the bike and after 1 month engine seized so bike was 2 mnth with the work shop only now today the engine sezeed again we haven't ride the bike also...

Dear sir,
I have bought ktm duke 250 2017 bs4 model (Trichy ktm showroom, tamil nadu) on june10 2017. Now i got radiator issue at the third service (Radiator is not switching off after it turns on) heat level is not reducing. So i took my bike to the service centre (Adayar ktm service, chennai)
They checked my bike and they told me that coolant oil is mixing with engine oil. We will correct it and give you within 2-3days.

Now my question is how this is happened. Because i have done only 4300kms within 1 year. If this happens while long ride what will i do?!!! So please...

Hi respecting authority,

My name is ramakrishna, i brought rc-200 brand new bike from, whitefield showroom, bengaluru, karnataka 560066, india. When i give my bike for second service, mechanic name sibin (As per the information provided by prabhu service manager whitefield) who serviced it. After the second service,
1) mileage reduced
2) gear box became hard
3) engine behavior is completely horse.

Other complaints
1) they take whole day to service bike if go in the morning 10:00am even though there are no bikes to service

I have given my bike for service in service centre begumpet, hyderbad, india. My bike was dead and when i came and communicated with the begumpet service centre people and one of the technician checked my bike and told me approximately the engine may be stucked and even the second head of the service centre had written that engine got stucked in my receipt.
