I done my engine noise work in Nagpur last year but not satisfied and issue not solved then i compliant here after that pune head call me mr shubham thakur sir then he told i will check out the problem. After 2 months i went to pune and i called shubham sir then he gave me pushkar sir number then he told me go to warje KTM i told my problems to service manager of KTM warje then hi told you have to go where you purchased bike and those think happen with me then again I called to pushkar sir then he told me go to KTM Baner service manager Mr shashikant he sort out the problem he took time for work but i satisfied with there work after that i come to my hometown Amravati from pune then till now my bike is ok and good condition but i done my services at Nagpur Kamala KTM then after that i get again problem is that

I am not satisfied with service
There is lot if issue with my bike
1 handled jammed
2 when i break front wheel then Handel get vibrate and it is shaking like up and down
3 acceleration is more Than 2000rpm at normal time
Whenever i done work at Nagpur i always get problem and there is no satisfied work for me

They sell the broken peice they tape the peice that we cant notice that they fraud with us

Im Zahid owner of a KTM Duke 390 2017. Vehicle no : MH47Z8801. I got into an accident last friday with my bike. I was going home from Versova to Goregaon in Mumbai, I was at a speed of about 55kmph when the engine suddenly exploded while riding, the rear wheel got locked and I ended up crashing. The oil spilled all over the road which resulted into other bikes crashing. The Oshivara police registered the incident and the fire brigade was called! I was rushed to the hospital and the next day I got my bike which is under warranty submitted to ktm service centre Goregaon West, Mumbai. My bike was regularly serviced at ktm svc. Im going to add pictures of my bike after the accident. The ktm advisor assured me that the bike will engine will be replaced but do you think that would be enough? Will I trust my bike again?This whole experience has messed my brain up! It could have been last ride! Once I get out of my trauma I may take some legal actions. I loved my duke390 more than anything else and after 21900kms of riding this happened which is depressing!

Yesterday I visited to KTM lb Nagar Hyderabad telangana 500074, I was in fully mood to but ktm 250 but my legs was tip toe bit I can handle it bcz alredy I have fz so I ask them for Test drive, but the concern person said Me No I feel it very Bad, bcz if you going to buy a product specially motor vehicle so yes it's your right to take a test drive before buying it ..it's a bad experience for me from Ktm dealer side bcz I won't expect these kind of answer when I'm ready to pay 2.5 k ...

I had placed a order for KTM 390 fuel pump on September 19 th and was told I would receive the part after one month (which is already very high period for waiting for a spare part for a premium world renowned company) however after waiting for more than a month my brother got a call from the service center that the part is ready for pick up. At the time of placing the order I had already submitted the copy of Registration .
Since I have job and usually out of the city I requested my brother to pick up the part and the guy at the service center name IMRAN talked to my brother saying we "will need to repair the bike here only and if we are unwilling to get the part installed there then also any how we need to pay the service charges " which is absolutely ridiculous. He then spoke to me and asked me questions like interrogating office with the police would do .

When did you purchase the bike ?
Why didnt you come to pick up the part ?
You bike dont show any record with us ?
I explained him everything saying that I had directly purchased the bike from the Begumpet, Hyderabad showroom . I am the first owner of the bike and you can check the details on the record.

Mr Imran rudely said to me that I am not giving the fuel pump and you will need to come and pick up the part even after giving him all the details of what ever he asked .
This is very sad to tell that this is certainly not expected from such a company, however just because of illiterate and unprofessional persons like IMRAN KTM would certainly get negative reviews .

I sincerely ask the management to look into this and give me fed back on this .

I made an order of Part No : LPA00004 for KTM DUKE 390 on 1week of Aug-2020, until today (End of OCt-2020), i have no info about my order status. They are not reachable in any mode.
Every time they used to excuse that no parts are stock in Factory . So kindly visit Near KTM Showroom and bring parts.
Kindly doo the needfull as soon as possible.

I need KTM rc 200 Rear break Cylinder.
Multiple times ask to showroom but no response. Spaire not available.

How van use this without rear break . Only front break working.

I heard engine noise in my bike.
I gone and asked to ktm service center about that noise.
I asked two ktm service centers in Coimbatore, they are said different answers. it's not convenient to me. It's very worst.
Finally ktm warranty admin called and told to handover with service centre.
I have wait 15 days and till my bike was not serviced.they are till said the spares are arrived. Till they are tell different reasons.

Kindly please improve your customer satisfaction.
Here after I'm not suggest and consult to ktm service.

I buy ktm rc 125 but by the time of buy there was part broken.. They told me they will fix it free of cost but now they are refuse

Hello, I purchased my 2nd brand new KTM bike from my local dealer. The bike was not operating correct from new. After bringing it to two different KTM dealers and KTM technicians, and would like to point out that the service department of Manchester honda/KTM of Manchester CT was utterly despicable to deal with and after wasting my summer of two months of riding and working with your KTM tech. Suport of California, told my brother the problem and not tech suport. They gave us the bike back still broken and said to by a new computer for another $1000 dollars. Not fair after loosing an entire summer of riding and after paying $9500 for a bike that is labeled race ready?
There is much more to this unfortunate debacle I am in with my new KTM bike as it has also been at the place I purchased the bike, in hopes they would resolve the problem all the while dealing with the KTM tech suport in California.
As a hard working paying costumer I am reaching out in hopes that someone from your company will be able to help me get to the bottom of this issue with my new motorcycle.

I had booked a duke 250 on 30th may 2020.. Till now i didt get the delivery.. I had make a call to the dealer regarding this.. But they are not picking up... And on some times they pick it up and saying will on next week like.. That!!!
Whenever i make a call.. They response are very bad!! They are showing very irresponsible behaviour to the customer!!

I purchased my ktm duke 250 bike on 28 th may 2018. Rc no bro1dv6726. On 13.11.2019 went for third service at ktm service centre at rupuspur, bailey road, patna, bihar that is paid service. Some parts of my bike such as chain set, turning indicator, horn, headlamp was not working. I requested for replacement of parts. They said it i will be available within week. Till date it is not available we tried calling always got answer that parts are still coming. Moreover, i think these parts were under warranty still they asked for money which i was ready to pay as unware of warranty. Waited almost four month and lockdown happened. My warranty expired on 28.05.2020. Still called them, again same answer we are getting. Parts are not available. Even for servicing they are saying come after few days. For your neccessary action. Please don't make fool out of customers if they are unaware.

I purchased a new bike from bhiwani (Haryana) on[protected] and i received all documents on[protected]. But unfortunately lockdown in whole india and on[protected] was national curfuee so thats why i was unable to submit the document in rto and my rc is still pending. So please help to sort out this.

I am trying to buy duke 390 bs6 in delhi. However, all the dealers in west delhi are saying that the bike is no longer coming with metz tires but its available with mrf only that too with the same price of metz. I cannot understand how this could be possible keeping in mind that there is a huge price difference in mrf tiers and mrf. Can you please have someone call me and explain?

We have purchased a bike ktm Rc200 From SIXTH GEAR 20 Anmol Spaces main khajrana Road, near anand bajar Indore 452001 (M.P.) india as on[protected]. They offered me to have a choice number as vehicle registration number. We had applied for our choice no. And paid rs 2500 for the same.

Subsequently, they alloted a random registration number, which has not been ordered by me. This looks to be a falsified commitment and may even lead to fraudulent practice.

Please resolve the query & do the needful.

Hello, currently i am riding a rc 200 bs4 model. My bike is 3years old, ridden approximately 13000 kms. Well maintained having smooth performance throughout.

I am facing a strange issue with my bike, when i take out the bike from the garage for a ride it is smooth in the beginning like for 15-20mins, but after that, the bike smoothness slowly diminishes and it really becomes difficult to accelerate, the vibrations increases significantly. It feels i have to accelerate more to obtain the desired speed. The more i ride the more resistance in acceleration. If i switch off the bike and ride it after half an hour, my bike is smooth again but for like 15mins, after that i feel the same problem. I have changed my engine oil. Motul 7100 100% synthetic nd also changed the clutch plates. I am still having this issue. Please help

I own duke 250 (Model2017), i recently noticed rusting and a hole on the left side of the rear chassis. It clearly shows that it is a manufacturing defect (Poor build quality). It’s a bad sign for such a huge motorsport company.
Looking forward for quick response and replacement of the chassis as it may breakdown at any moment.

Meet my expectations. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. And i request you to take necessary
Action for avoiding any such future negligence.

I am a owner of ktm duke 390 i am getting the issue of ground clearance of the bike the bike is hitting on the speed breakers all the time and getting hit on bend pipe of exhaust so i want to solved the problem as soon as possible
