KTM — Problem in new brand bike

I have purchased my new bike which is ktm duke 390 on yesterday. When i ride my bike the chain is sounding really bad.new bikes dont have these kind of issues.from yesterday i never speed up my bike . When i ride it the chain is sounding really bad its a major fault from ktm.i want my bike replaced by them.it seems that i wasted my money to buy this bike.i want it replaced by them so its a hereby request to please look into my matter n i hope for the best....

KTM Sportmotorcycle — About the very poor treatment of service centre

I have given my rc 200 to the service centre since it showed low oil pressure indication.
The staff told me that they will return the bike within 3 days. Its almost 9 days now and they haven't fixed the problem.

It has been 2 days since the bike has been given .. There is always an issue in this bike its has never been without any issue .
I am really disappointed with the bike . KTM i suppose was a good bike but i regret the day i bought this bike ..
I think that the bike is a waste of my money
The heating issue has never been solved i am so tired that i have stopped complaining about it ..the switch issue was solved after several month, after i told them several time that also non of my mistake .
Now have given the bike because the same does not start...

Proud owner of KTM Duke 200 with Reg.No.KA03.HN.525; vehicle stuck at Kannur KTM for past 12 days.
I am so sad and very pleased to bring to your notice that this is the second time I am changing my starter coil and battery for paid and not for warranty even though I have carried out all the periodic services at KTM service centre only as per the schedule of the company for which you may check the records.
Its unbelievable and I don't know why it is always happening with such a branded and trusted compaby like KTM.
I think it's time;

From the time i have taken delivery of the Bike i am facing Issues with the Dealership/Manufacturer . Previous Issue i have posted on this website on the day i took delivery of the Bike.

From the time of completing the First Service, i have been facing issues with the Bike. So many parts have been replaced under warranty, i was beginning to doubt on the reliability factor of this product.

KTM Sportmotorcycle — No service from ktm, clearwater

My bike has now been at KTM in Clearwater for 4 weeks now and I'm still getting NOWHERE. It's been determined that it is a warranty fault, and at first they were waiting for parts. It has now been 3 weeks after that and I just heard that they need to re-open the engine again. After they have been doing nothing on it for the past week apparently because of a "backlog".

I have also tried searching all over the internet, and nowhere is a contact number for any customer care??...

Dear Sir, I had purchased a KTM 390 Vehicle Reg: no: MH 48 X 9495 1 year and a few months back, i had a problem with the radiator fan. I was informed by Mr.Akshay from Suryoday KTM Vasai Service dealer on 11/12/2015 that the radiator fan needs to be replaced and it will be replaced under warranty free of cost. But after few days i got a call from Mr.Akshay from Suryoday KTM Vasai Service centre stating that the free replacement will not be available for next 20 to 25 days so he advised to go for a paid part so that i dont have to wait for so long to get my KTM 390 back. upon his insistence...

I bought Ktm Duke 200 a month ago and i have been to ktm dealers for atleast 10 times because of the gear shifting problem ... whenever i go from 1st to 2nd gear the bike goes into nuteral and whenever i try to go from 2 to 1st gear to gear lever stucks down i have to push the gear lever 2-3 times then it comes up... whenever i went to dealer ship of ktm they have told me that i dont know how to ride ... seriously i have driven many bikes like benelli 300 or ninja 300 none of the bike has any kind of problem plz try to understand the problem and FIX IT ASAP!!! before of my first service of bike the rear tyre is blowed up from the right corner of the tyre n the bike is only 5000km of running i have complaint to the showroom of ktm at ulhasnagar, india even i shown to the service center then there is no response from them...

I have a Ktm rc 390 which was purchased on 31 march 2015. In just 5 month there occured some problem in the rear brakes of the bike..I took my bike to "DEWAN AUTO" okhla, New delhi for 1st servicing and resolving the brake issue on 26th Sep 2015. I was told that there is fault in master cylinder of the rear brake and this part need to be replaced for which they have lodged a request to the company and will take 7 days to receive that part. Ktm India — Very poor dealer response [Resolved]

I bought a RC200 on January 2015 since that day I was facing problems, first one was with the side stand which got loose so I took it to near by ktm service center and asked them for a repair and they just tightened it and gave it back and the problem kept on repeating and I used to take it frequently to service center and they doesn't seem to look into the matter why it was getting loosen,
after few days I noticed oil leak from my engine side and I again took it to the service center and they asked me to keep the bike in the service center for 3 days, after 3 days I got the bike repaired...

Ktm (Btm, Bangalore) — Regarding the carelessness of staff and poor customer service

Staff people ought here are unresponsive.they are very rude to customers few times.and the service staff is crappy. Whenever we need to service our bikes or have some problem in bike, they don't solve it . instead they ask us to come over another day and this repeats several times. In case if v want to replace any part by ourselves, they won't even give the counter sale of parts. I'm really annoyed, disappointed and pissed off with these guys due to thier behavior with customers... So I kind request to take a keen action against them as many people have been fed up of this place....

I had purchased an rc 390 from the ktm vytilla showroom in cochin, kerala yesterday (Oct 1st).
It was duly informed by me early in the morning that i would be coming to collect the bike. I have phone call records to prove it!!!

Upon arrival, a series of shocking events happened to unfold from 5:30 pm onwards : -

1.) the bike key was missing for some time
2.) the wrong insurance package policy was chosen
3.) the temporary registration papers dint arrive untill 7 - 30 pm
4.) the sales executive (Who is a complete)...

I bought ktm duke 390 14 months ago. I have list of complaints regarding engine over heating. And smoke. I visited hundreds of times at ktm service centre in last two months. but nothing happened. Now i am thinking that I wasted my money. I am going to aware(as much as i can ) public that do not buy any product of ktm india. They say its well known for off roading. I had the misfortune of booking KTM duke from Sarvodaya Goregaon showroom. I was asked by the representative of KTM Goregaon - Sarvodaya, Mitra, in the 1st week of September that Duke 390 is available and will be delivered to me by 10th September max. I tried getting in touch with him on 7th September to confirm my booking and nobody answered the phone. Same was the case on 8th September. Ktm (Btm, Bangalore) — Oil leakage

Its been only 7 months since i purchased RC 200 and have rode only about 3000 kms and am having oil leakage problem near the suspension(rear).. wem claimed for a free replacement they denied it.. They told me it wud cost Rs4500 for its replacement and my warranty claim would be denied and moreover it would take more than 3 months time to get a reply from the head office regarding the warranty claim..they tell that the main cause for the leakage is a cut in the rubber material near the suspension and the reason for that being dust and mud even though i clean the suspension area very regularly as...
