Before 5 months (March 2020). Still now i didn't get my vehicle. Its seems very irresponsible. Iam very dissapointed with your service.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have bought a Husqvarna 250 Svartpilen on 8 July 2020, which is yet to be delivered. Regarding my purchase I have following complaints and want your explanation regarding the same:
    1. As handling charges are illegal and cannot be charged in addition to ex showroom price as it includes all transportation charges also. Relevant explanation and judgments are as below :

    2. Regarding free helmet. All other dealers are providing free helmet on purchase of new vehicle. Relevant explanation is as below :
    • “According to Section 138 (4) (F) of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, at the time of purchase of the two-wheeler, the manufacturer of the two-wheeler shall supply protective headgear conforming to specifications prescribed by the Bureau of Indian Standards under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986.”

      I bought my bike on Feb 17 2020.my registration was completed in march itself.till I didnt get my number plate. I have been asking them for my number plate from 3 months. there are not taking it seriously.they are saying that 'wait sir we didnt got ur number plates so far 'and they told me they will give some complementary things .even those are not given to me .the worst thing about KTM dealerships.I hope u will respond to me

      Hello, I bought vitpilen 250 from ktm hitech city showroom, before buying I booked the bike with 10000 rupees and I took delivery of the bike on 26th may 2020 and that day they told me that my money will be refunded within a week but still they are saying they will refund my money however they constantly postponing the refund.

      The guy who took the booking amount is Lalith Joshi Bandi
      Same problem with me I purchased KTM Duke 390 from karwar Karnataka shoroom pincod-581301 on November
      But still I have not received rc card one more key and number plate kindly I request you to contact me [protected] it's my number

        I have submitted a complaint about engine exhaust sound there is some ticking sound in the bike its been 15days i have submitted a complaint but there is no action actually it's very irritating sound while riding the bike i have told the mekri circle ktm manager popular motors about the problem but he is telling me to change the new exhaust silencer but there was no problem when i gave my bike to the service but now they made the problem and i have been visited the popular motors mekri circle for more than 4 times but they are not solving the problem i need my bike to be in good condition and problem to be solved

          I am Anil from Bangalore I have given my KTM RC 200 for service in the popular motors mekri circle ktm and then they delivered my bike like after 2to3days there was a engine oil leakage and some different sound in the engine I gave a complaint to the manager he told me to bring the bike to the service station it's been I went to the service station for 3 times for the same problem but no use without solving the problem they gave back the bike the there is some different sound comming in the bike I asked for the manager about that sound he is telling me that it comming from the exhaust but there was no problem with the exhaust when in gave my bike to the service they made some problem to the bike and now there are not responding properly I have spent 10000but there is no use there is still some different sound comming from the bike I need my bike to be back to the normal condition they have I am really by satisfied I need the problem to be solved

            It's not even 4 months that I had this bike and I have faced more than 10 issues already. My initial vision was to get this bike because of abs function because of which I waited more than 3 MONTHS very inconvenient. Soon after I received the bike my abs started failing so I took it to the showroom and the people blamed on me for a cut wire for which it was not possible at all. It seems to be the wire got by getting touched with back wheel .. Just letting it go I fixed the bike and paid the money within few weeks the same issue occured. I went to the same place to show them no one is ready to believe that the abs is failing. I took a screen shot of abs failure. They said they will ride the bike for a while and they kept my bike with them for 3 days later they said issue is not occurring.. I gave my bike with full tank and now the tank is empty.. which is disappointing.. what is the use of me even getting this bike with abs when it doesn't even work. And I pay for my service not for the service person to show me his sass. Never imagined I had to face this issue with a brand like KTM. I left my bike with no scratch.. when I took my bike from service centre I can a scratch in my exhaust.. people there said it could be because of other bikes.. really disappointed never expected Such a brand will answer me like this..Such poor service.. it’s brand new bike which does not even crossed 3000 km I can see abs is not working and screw got rusted.. tank grad is broken because of rusted screw.. I feel ktm got me cheap quality..The bike doesn't work properly. And the surviving sucks . The last resort I have is complaining about this and hoping this would work. What an utter disappointment

              Hello,
              I bought a duke 390 bs6 version 3 weeks ago from popular ktm bannerghatta road. The bike was promised delivery the next day after full payment. I received the bike with defective knuckle guards and i had informed the store about the same. They promised to replace the knuckle guards soon and still have not been replaced.
              It has been more than 3 weeks now and they still have not given me the number plates. The vehicle is still running in a temporary number and will be caught by the cops anytime.
              I am sick and tired of telling them and hence dropping a formal complaint here.
              Please look into this asap.

                As i have changed my clutch plate and fuel injector of my bike ktm 200 afer keeping three months in store i took it out but it was not working properly as my bike was not giving pickup while have a new clitch plate nd how to fix this issue as no maccanice are avaliable at my home town nd i cant take it to show roombecase its not giving power so that i can drive it...

                  I do have ktm rc 390. My bike number is gj 27 cp 2607. U can check in ur database what type of probs i m facing every time. I m facing issues from very long time actually that's why at last i m complaining here.in 6 month or bike purchase my engine was total broke. I asked for new engine replacement they didn't gave me that instead of they just assembled it without my permission. After that they assured me that it will run like before. But main thing was bike pickup was bit slow after that engine build. I didn't complaint. But after that i m facing different different types of issues regarding engine each n every month. Last time idk technical but again something was broke in engine. N they again repaired it. At the same time radiator fan wasn't working so i asked that engineer to fix the issue.. He did from his side. But no work was done regarding that so i had to go again there n again i said the same thing n then they repaired.. Now today after lockdown i thought let's have a ride.. So now i m getting leakage from engine as well as those radiator fans are again not working. And now all i know is there's only one engineer they are having named mr. Shoeb.. No matter in whatever service center of city i give my bike for service he is the only one who service my bike.. And that's the real problem. I don't know he is lazy or he don't exactly know how to solve problems but at last i am facing probs again n again. All i m thinking is my bike is gonna hit 20k km now and as per the rules after that i needed to pay for parts as you do have guarantee for 20k km or 2 years. Like after this if same thing gonna happen to my bike then wat?.. Pls look into this matter n pls give ahmedabad a good engineer who really know how to solve problems. And i also want to replace my engine as it was build by non knowledgeable person.. I can't trust on it now. Wat if i will be on 100+km/h n something happens to the engine.. Who's gonna responsible?

                    I booked ktm duke on 26th february 2020 by paying rs10000 in gachibowli ktm branch hyderabad and cancelled the booking by 27th february and the showroom person didn't even refund until now. There is lot of negligence of both showroom and ktm india. I have already complained to them and also to consumer helpline and no proper response was given to them also. There was some discussion went in-between and they say they will refund my amount after the lockdown and now even after showroom opened they didn't refund my amount. There is lot of negligence on ktm showroom and they are playing with my integrity and patience and hence want to complain about them

                    They said they submitted cheque today to refund for 8000 rupees and charged 2000 as cancellation policy.When I had deposited rs10000 and going through all this agony of pain all these days of not refunded and not proper response. I feel like I should be refunded my complete money. Kindly please let me know on this

                              I have booked ktm 390 duke of 31st jan 2020 and after the sanction of the loan the total amount was credited on 3rd march 2020. Then the sales man showed me the bike and told it will take around 7 days for the completion of all the paper work but later i came to know that they har sold the same to someone else then he gave me fake excused instead of telling directly about the bike that they have sold it. Then everyday i visited their showroom for the same and he continued with his fake excuses. Later i got irritated and demanded that i want my bike today and the sales man shouted at me and told me that he will not give me bike told me to do what i can. Then later after somedays he told me to come to their godown for the unloading of my bike, the godown was 20 kms from my house and i went their in a sunny day in the afternoon but their i came to know that my bike had not come so i had to return again listening to the fake excuses. Then he told that he will arange my bike from some other dealer but which he did not do atall so i myself had to contact the other dealer and they behaved very politely and said that they have my model and are willing to deliver but according to the bank guidelines i have to submit the bill from the same dealer from which i had issued the quotation so the other dealer agreed to this and told that they will give the bike to the dealer from which i had booked after the payment of the required amount from the dealer. But they did not transfer the amount to the other dealer even after so much and mentally harrassing me. But then the lockdown happend and then after calling the dealer no response from them. I also gave a complain against them in the official ktm website but still no response and the toll free number won't connect. My money is stuck with them and i need help and currently my mental state is not at all good due to these kind of people i need help.

                                    Duke 390 bs6 model his ground clearance is very low 25mm low to 185 mm please increase the ground clearance old version bs4 of the ground clearance is very good but bs6 model ground clearance is 25mm low this issue problem solved please many people miss the purchase bike I am requesting increase the ground clearance and stickering this year

                                      This is the issue i faced due to the exhaust pipe being placed at the bottom instead of the side like in the second jen duke. Indian roads have speed breakers that are really tall for no reason and when i try riding the bike on them irrespective of the speed of the machine it tends to hit the bottom while with a pillion. The guard broke and i am really upset about it. I would really appreciate it if ktm conciders this feedback and does something about it.

                                        I have purchased a 390 adventure on 21st february 2020 from sitara ktm (Crystal tradelinks - mapus, goa).

                                        When i took the delivery i noticed that the bike has done 54 kms already. I enquired with the staff and was told that its a ktm policy to test the bike prior to delivery, hence 54 kms had to be ridden.

                                        On the contrary my friend who purchased an adventure in bangalore had only 7 kms on his odo at the time of delivery.

                                        Please look into this issue. If ktm require testing for as much as 54kms, then why isn';t it done everywhere and if there is no such policy, who rode my bike prior to it being delivered to me. My bike details re below:

                                        The dealership has emailed me stating the bike was tested for that duration. Was there a flaw that is being hidden from me or was the bike used for test rides is what i doubt. No other bike was ridden more than 8 kms by the dealership.
