I have a 125 duke i buy it on 2019 just one-year bike i think i have a throttle problem on my bike i come from more than time i complant and sent email to the manger but no response and no more reply i need shotout my bike problem just 110 cc scooty have super horsepower scooty just throttle little bit it's go away from the place my bike i give full throttle in first gear stuck and suck that place it's very wash for ktm company

    Few months back, my rc 200 rear mono shock absorber was oil leaked and contacted service station in kukatpally hyderabad for replacement with new one, he said there is no availability we will order it and get it fixed in 7 days, i have contacted then again after 7 days but no response contacted hi-tech city no response after 7 days, contacted banjara hills same no response after 7 days. And no other service station number is connecting to speak with and ask about the same. Can i get a resolution for this?

    Very bad experience
    Unable to repair an accidental bike.
    Leave some parts unfixed, like handle, chasis etc.

    They have unskilled workers for servicing.

    Better to buy Yamaha bikes.

    I have a duke 200 bike and i have purchased it in 2018 july. In patna showroom everywhere the parts are showing available in their system but when visiting the service centre they are saying they don’t have parts.

      Dear sir/mam,
      Recently i faced some serious issue on my ktm duke 390 purchased on july 2018, while i was travelling from kunigal to bangalore in karnataka state i dont know suddenly what happened speedometer started to show as "oil pressure low" indicator and when i stopped my vehicle & noticed near engine oil filter cap was broken & oil leaking, i dont how it happened and i'm seriouly wondering without any external damage/accident/fallen, how can it break like that???

        First of alll service was bad and not geeting warranty on parts, and if sone parts are in warranty they dont have that in stock, by saying this that they will arrange the parts in 4-5 days and give a call back it has been more than 12 days and not even called me, the service center number is unavailable and no call back for reiview abaout there last service.

          Is there anyone at your center who can help me to get my bike check one time from last 3 hours i have been sitting just to get my bike inspection done? No one is bothered about servicing customer?
          No timeline is been informed people are clue less?
          Who's responsible for such problem is that customer fault which make them suffer?
          Or what it is or may be i should sold this bike never buy a bike from ktm and spread this to all my friends who's using ktm religiously?

          This is not the first time i'm here to make a complain and people are least bothered to give service or listen to my plea can someone from your company can even reply?
          Or as usual u will not answer.

          I have been facing issue from the day i have purchased this vehicle from ktm and people are just giving temporary solution. I don't know what to do to get it fixed for once for all.

            I have ktm duke 250. I have been asking for sidestand sensor since december 28 2019. Its been a month now and i didn't receive any proper response towards the same. I have been facing many problems due this. Every single time when i tried enquiring about the spare, the instant and constant reply is "it will take 20 more days" p. S: desipte my willingness to pay for the parts in advance the service center didn't bother my request and just ignored my request. Why can't they keep spares that costs 300rs?😠

            Yesterday I have serviced about KTM Duke 200 from State: Maharashtra District: Kolhapur after servicing I got a problem of handle lock of my bike the lock doesn’t working, this is not first time issue whenever I serviced my bike from showroom their was always the problem remains as it is so please accept my complaint and give me a proper returns..

              I have a major RPM fluctuation problem in my Duke 390 2017 version, I have talked to SS Bajaj many times having this problem but they could not provide any solution, , I have a proper video proof of RPM fluctuation and sudden start off problem in 2 or 3rd gear in my bike but they have nothing to do about it, I have visited Krishnanagar SS bajaj 10 to 12 times they could not solve the problem in any way..My bike suddenly stands in the middle of the road at 30-80 speeds..

                I own a ktm rc200 in which from last 1 year i am facing starting problem. Everytime when i contact service centre they took my bike and return it after 1-2 days and they say that that problem is resolved but again after few days that problem repeats. This issue is happens in every month. Again from last 1 month i am facing this issue and service centre is not answering my calls.

                  I have rc 390 2018 model
                  At time of first service, i had an issue, my right side and left side sticker on the fairing had peeled out, they told me they will call me later cause they have to enquire in company about this issue,
                  But they didn't called me.
                  While second service also i told them in kolhapur where i bought my bike about same issue they also told they will enquire and call me but no one called.
                  2 months before i done 3rd service i again that same #, i asked them what the hell is going on, it's now one and half year and no one taking this issue seriously,
                  Again they said they will enquire in company and will inf me.
                  But same ""faltugiri"" again.
                  Yesterday i called them and asked what happened about that issue.
                  They again said they will call me.
                  In next 3/4 months their 2 years warranty is going to end. I am sure after that they will call me and will tell your has came and come to showroom. And then they will charge me saying that your f*k warranty is over.

                    I have a ktm rc390. Its the third time that the piston caliper has got damaged in my bike. At approx 9800 km, first time my bike's engine got seized. After repairing in ktm service centre again at 16000 km piston caliper got damaged. Again i got it repaired by the company due to warranty but from that time i got mobile leckage issue in my bike from engine. I thoroughly complained in the company about this but they ignored it easily. Now when this time when its 23000 km and i took my bike for servicing and change of engine oil i got stuck again with the piston caliper problem which happend at 16000 kms. As previously they took out the mobile from engine then put the new engine oil and rapidly accelerated and then there was black smoke from exhaust. And again the same happened. I am completely fed up with this now again they are asking for 30000 to get it repaired. My bike warranty of 2 years has just lapsed 4 months from now. It is ver disgusting to keep such a reputed company bike and face so much issues with it.
                    I request you to look over my problem and get it fixed because i have spent a lot of money on buying and repairing it again and again unnecessarily.

                      Had recently spend 26000 for it's work over and without driving rash new works and parts more than 40000 has been imposed over and from this i'm selling off my ktm duke 200 and had plans to buy an rc 390 but will never ever pick any ktm bikes again and i will definitely make sure that no one ever buys a ktm product again as many of my friends had planned to buy the same will definitely make sure that no person ever again falls into the trap

                          Im not talking about begumpet ktm service center and kompally service center in Hyderabad, i haven't been to other service centers but these 2 and they almost always never have ahy parts in stock, to my surprise the last time i went they didn't have engine oil, disc pads and filters in stock, those the most changed parts when argued they said they will fit the same disc pads so that it wont make any noise for 300 rs/-, when asked for supervisor, he said he was on leave for 3 days, since my first service i never had a good experience, hope its not the same with others, im thinking of switching to a 3rd party service center.

                            I had given my ktm 390 duke for 3rd service at banarghatta road bangalore on date[protected] at 10.06 am... I got a 1st call from ktm service center at 4. Pm and second call again at 5.30pm as bike is ready...
                            So i informed that i wont be able to come today as my office is around 14km so i will be coming tomorrow morning that is[protected]
                            I went at 11. Am and what i saw that the condition of the bike is as it is the way i had drooped when asked to manager he is casually replying only washing is pending please sit for 5 minutes it will be done..
                            I dont understand which service station first does all service and then wash bike in last... Then what is the use of chain lube if they are washing bike in last...

                            Please let me know if I can avail warranty on paint chipping on headlight. Nearest service centre is saying it's not possible. Please reply. The vehicle is still under warranty and I don't see a reason not to avail warranty. They are actually telling me to replace the whole headlight and to pay the whole amount for it. Which I find ridiculous.

                              I have visited the service center 5 times in the last year n half for some one to come and take a look at my rc390 which is dead for almost 2 years now. I rearly visit mumbai n have only a week or 2 for other works. I have been asking them to repair my bike be getting it to their service center for years now as the bike does not start and the stand has broken to let the towing van get it to them. They always say they will call n they never do n i go back to my tour. Very disappointed with ktm since it has been standing for 2 yrs in the 5 yrs i have owned it.

                                I had given for chain noising issue and additionally asked to replace the rare indicators, and left side mirror. I went to collect the bike during closed hours of service center. Then while driving my bike to home i noticed more chain noise and the next day i visited service center and asked what they serviced. They replied saying you had given for replacing rear indicators and mirrors and general service also.

                                  I have given my ktm bike for service on 3 dec morning 10.00am the concern person there took my bike for 1st service of my bike and he told me he give me call at 4 pm after bike get ready but after that he not call me or he not do my bike service after 6.30 i go there and check my bike nobody there and one girl there she say me your bike not ready she reply me u get your bike tomm now u tell me wht they do whole day and i have no complaint in my bike because it’s my first service only they need to change my oil only this service station has lot of complaints next time i don’t give my bike to this service station and i put this compliment on my you tube channel also and social media also this is disgusting u do needful with me my no [protected] sajjad patel thanking u.

                                    Hii i purchased ktm duke 200cc from ktm dwarka. At the time of first service i told service man that my gear and clutch is not working properly and i am getting discomfort in riding so please fix it. However when i took my bike after service they said everything is okay. But i was feeling that its still not working properly but they assure me that this is how this bike works you do not know about bike so i agreed as it is my first ktm bike but after 10 days my fan collent fan got worn out and i again went to service centre however they changed it but i was feeling like ive got some second hand bike after few days again my bike performance got low then i visit to service centre again i told them my bike is not working properly so they said your clutch plate got weak plus your pressure got weak too so you have to change it and it is chargeble and you have to pay for it. I asked them about why my clutch plate and pressure plate worn out so they said it is because your clutch was tight and it is your fault
                                    Now my questions from ktm big brand are
                                    Do i have to service my bike with my hand or the service centre repair and services bike plus at the time of my first service when i told them about the faults they said it is how bike works and you know nothing about bike.

                                    Now i am facing additional problems in my bike and it is standing like a waste product in my garrage
                                    I really condemn ktm service centre

                                    But if they really take care of there customers then i think they will take step against ktm service centre dwarka (Grd trucks pvt ltd) amd will resolve my problem

                                        2017 duke 390 i own. Just completed 2 years and the bike parts are like a toy!!! Almost 40% of the bike parts have been replaced due to poor quality. Plz note that bike has only covered 12k kms till now. And majority of the engine parts are replaced under warranty. I dont have issues with the replacement. I have issues with the future. Once the bike goes out of warranty i will habe to spend from my pocket. A two year old bike and most parts are replaced!!! Then whats the liabitlity of the bike. And its scary to ride on roads as anything can happen

                                        Fed up of chasing the service team all they have to say is we have extended warranty so you can get the work done.

                                        I have shared the list of parts that are changed since i have purchased the bike but there is no resolution. I have escalated matters on emails, phone calls shared deed back on ktm app too. But no resolution.
