KTM Sportmotorcycle — Didn't refund my booking amount until now | |||
I booked ktm duke on 26th february 2020 by paying rs10000 in gachibowli ktm branch hyderabad and cancelled the booking by 27th february and the showroom person didn't even refund until now. There is lot of negligence of both showroom and ktm india. I have already complained to them and also to consumer helpline and no proper response was given to them also. There was some discussion went in-between and they say they will refund my amount after the lockdown and now even after showroom opened they didn't refund my amount. There is lot of negligence on ktm showroom and they are playing with my integrity and patience and hence want to complain about them Was this information helpful? | |||
