KTM Sportmotorcycle — Jammu ktm service poor

Hello ktm I would like to inform u that your it's my bad decision that I have bought an Duke 200. Bs5 model 2017 bike for my self . It's Not just bec of any problem phasing in my bike . But bec of very low and un professional service given by ktm showroom( JAMMU) It's bec of there service they ur soo much unprofessional and did't know how to fix the problem . I have given my bike to ktm showroom JAMMU on[protected] for service . On that same day they take my bike for normal service and checkup . After that they park on bike on the stand and lift my bike up . After one or two minutes after my bike fall down from a height . My left side lever, headlight, speedometer, wizer, screach on focks . I have give my bike as new I have bought but they broke my left side of my Duke 200 . After that they said u have take the Insurance clam for ur bike . I said it's broken by ur employees in service center not by me . So they convince me and then I compromise . I all ready make sure that my bike should be like I have bring here before serving . They give me words
. They I give my bike to ktm service center for all most 20 days . After that they call me and said u can collect it bike on[protected] at 4 pm, I reach there and then I see my bike is still pending . Some of parts are still need to be assembled
So I wait and keep on watching the employees of ther service engineer. They did't know we're is my parts . They start open it from other bike and then assemble the parts on my bike which they can't find of my bike . Dear ktm management look at ground lever what is going on they r replacing parts of other bike . This is what I have seen ur employees didn't know and have zero experience boys .
There is some parts which should be in silver colour and they put black nut bolt . Which look uneven with some photos .
After that it's too late I come back at 9'00 cock at night . After that my rear bake fail . On the way to come back . It's an god blessing I am on low speed . But if I am on higher speed what will happen then I will attached that photo too . There is lock system . In break and that is Missing but bike fell down on left side . But when I reach they have change my right side foot rest . That should I say now . Iam thanks to god that I am safe I hope u will lissen to my problem and solve it very soon .
